Casa Fashionista is ideally located in Colonia San Antonio, an easy 10 minute walk to the Jardin, Parroquia and Instituto de Allende. Our home features a spacious Master Bedroom with Bath , lovely outdoor terrazza and balcony overlooking an intimate courtyard and garden. Off of the Master Bedroom is a cozy den with cable TV and internet connection and another fabulous terraza with wonderful views of the duomos of Bellas Artes, perfect for morning coffee, reading a great book or cocktails at sunset.
The upstairs also features a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bath, built in closet and is filled with natural light. The downstairs has a lovely living room with fireplace, half bath, dining room and kitchen that opens up to the outdoor courtyard. Another guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed, full bath and glass doors that open on to the courtyard. The long term housekeeper, "Maria Elena", and gardener, "Pedro", are on staff for your comfort and work 3 days per week. A full size garage allows for easy parking and storage.
This home is a comfortable, open, light filled house in a very quiet area west of the Jardin and El Centro. Casa Fashionista welcomes families with children!
