House is charming, neat, clean and quiet, beautifully decorated, very open and bright with lots of french doors to the outdoors and ceiling skylights. Lots of outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, dining table with umbella, outdoor grill, outdoor shower too. Entire property is fenced in for privacy (and for kids safety), mature landscaping makes it a wonderful retreat from city life. It is beautifully landscaped and has a Nature Preserve bordering the backyard.
This house is One mile from the beautiful Bay Beaches and its wonderful outdoor restaurants (with great sunsets!) and three miles from the OCEAN beaches and towns of East Hampton and Amagansett.
The outdoor pool (40 x 20 in-ground) has its own dining table, chairs and chaise lounges. The pool area is additionally fenced in for child safety and privacy.
On the Main Floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 Full), 2 bathrooms, an open living/dining and kitchen area and fireplace. There is a large flat screen cable TV in living room and another large flat screen downstairs. There are skylights for lots of natural lighting and 3 sets of French doors which open onto decks surrounding the front and side of the home.
Downstairs has just been completely renovated and there is a finished playroom with a large flat screen cable TV, a living room, a small office area, and a separate bedroom (4th Bedroom with a Queen Bed). Finished Laundry room too.
Amenities include outdoor shower, outdoor grill, unlimited local and long distance phone service within the U.S., wireless internet service, cable TV/DVD/VCR, beach chairs, bikes, top quality sheets and towels, down comforters, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, movies, books and board games. Kitchen has everything needed to cook Gourmet meals.
