Adorable very clean historic beach cottage - San Clemente Rentals Historic 1927 Ole Hansen(founder of San Clemente) Beach Cottage in downtown San Clemente, a few minute walk to Del Mar St. with all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, star bucks and about 300 yards or about 10 minute walk to famous T-Street Beach and Pier area. More in the pulse of things than at the remote Pier area. Very charming and clean house in the area you want to be. No car needed, short walk to everything. San Clemente has everything, however if you want, Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and restaurants, is approximately a 20 minute scenic drive up Coast Hwy. Hollywood and San Diego are equal distances to the North and South and there are more amusement parks nearby than you can count including Disneyland and LegoLand. There is definitely something for everyone! Sleeps 5 with one King Bed a Queen Pull out bed and a sofa. Large lush yard. large porch, Walk to everything! Perfect location!
