I'm a Native of the American Caribbean Territory of Puerto Rico. Born in San Juan, I spent my early childhood years learning about the different opportunities that the world could afford me. I was always interested in education, as well as travel from a very young age. My educational career, I graduate the University of Puerto Rico with a Masters Degree in not only Business Administration, but also in Science. At the young age of 21, I became a Professor of Mathematics at the Polytechnical College. Whilst flourishing in my educational career, I desire to travel and seek adventure, led me to leave Puerto Rico to find further fulfillment in both my personal and business life. 1993 was a year that I will never forget, as I made my move to mainland America, where I would reside in Orlando Florida. My career in Orlando comprised of timeshare Sales and Marketing, My first introduction to the world of real estate. I would work for Vista Resorts for many years, as well as Embassy Resorts as a Sr. Marketing Manager before being transferred to the Myrtle Beach area to help open new resorts along the Grand Strand. Eventually working with Spinnaker Resorts, I helped build the company from six agents to over 150, where profits rose from $6,000,000.00 to over $39,000,000.00 annually. I also went on to preside over 150 reps in over 53 locations, that helped shape and direct the timeshare giant to lead over 30,000 annual tours. I again saw more opportunity in 2001 where he began exploring the world of Real Estate. I became a savvy investor, and started buying up luxury properties along the Grand Strand, which has led me to a phenomenal real estate portfolio. With in a few years of investing in real estate, I decided to make a career out of his new found hobby, and became a Real Estate Agent in 2003. Since then, I has worked diligently with Remax to the satisfaction of all of my clients.

We booked our week on the internet by contacting the owners who were very helpfull and very nice. We never statyed in surfside beach before and were very delighted with the area and the peace and quite but still places to shop ,eat and fish . Surside is very clean compared to the other areas we have stayed in the past. The home is a spanish styled home and very nice,when we walked in we were tired but the home was so pretty we all got into the holiday spirit. We had a very large party for the turkey day and the 2 kitches works so,so good! TV'S in all rooms and 2 laundary areas made life very easy.This was a blessing. All the kids could play on one side while the adults we on the other but the home is open between so it is one big house all open. The pool area is very private and has a music area and picnic area and grill . The sand on the beach is clean and the home has a great veiw of the ocean. My wife and I had the master suite on the second floor and had coffee each morning on the deck and watched the ocean,and dolphins swim by each morning.The interior design of the home is beautiful but comfortable and you feel as you can use it and not just look at it if you know what I mean.Its a beach house. The best thing for us was it was perfect for large families who like to spread out. No one is cramped in this home so it worked perfect for us. We hope to be able to come back sometime very soon. We had a very nice experience and will return to this home again.I wish we had one more week! Vacation to short. Thankyou to the owner for letting us use the home and Happy Holidays

The home is in a perfect location within walking distance to shops,dinning,and peir. It is a wondeful home in a quite location and the sand and beach could not be more beautiful . The home is very well appointed and very nice. It is perfect for large groups because of 2 kitchens and 2 family entertainment areas enough for all the kids and adults.The master suites are HUGE and private. All the other rooms are very well kept and the pool is beautiful and relaxing.We will come back indeed and the owners are very nice and helped with any request. We had a very nice time and will return again in 2013. Thankyou for all the great memories,our family will have forever. Anyone who says they did not enjoy this home ,just does not know how to enjoy life.There is always someone who complaines about everything,we know that ,but nothing to complain about this home. I had the awesome opportunity to enjoy a glorious week in this magnificent home. The personal attention of the landlords, the professional decor, the spaciousness and room to accommodate a huge group all under one roof, the ocean view, the cleanliness, the amenities, the luxury (I felt like a queen!) and the fact that this home is absolutely an eye catcher and stands out from all the rest on the beach.......I could not have asked for more! This experience was worth every penny and more! When you consider that 20 can sleep, not only comfortably but in luxury, the cost per night is so affordable. You could not even stay in a small hotel room for that price. There is no comparison. It was apparent that every detail was taken care of and I was contacted throughout to ensure my experience was meeting my expectations. I look forward to a future vacation in Myrtle Beach and I hope that my stay will be at this beach home and no other. Thank you for everything. My memories and pictures bring a smile to my face every time.

We just stayed here (June 2011) and discovered the house is for sale (short sale). It's obvious that the owners don't care too much about the house's condition. Although the property manager was helpful, here were some of the problems: air conditioner, dryer and ice maker all didn't work properly, chairs broken, floor tiles loose, dresser drawers broken, we were expected to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex, the pool was over-chlorinated, all beach umbrellas, chairs and canopies were broken... and the list goes on. For the price we paid, we did not get what we expected. Finally, realize that this home is completely divided (like a duplex) and does not easily accommodate 15+ people in one area/side of the house. There isn't even enough seating for all 15 to eat in one side of the house. The beach is great, but I would look elsewhere... Murrells' Inlet was a much nicer area.
Owner response:Let me begin by thanking this family for choosing my property, They were referred by friends who were at my property and enjoyed it so much that they recommended it to them. I'm a realtor and my properties are always for sale,That is my business. My homes condition is always the up most importance to me. It must be well maintained and is the finest home in the area. They called me to notify me about AC, I immediately contacted (Air Doctor)they went and add refrigerant, AC is running fine, remember it's summer, high temperatures (100). The AC company said try not to open the door frequently since the heat is going to enter in and will not help maintain normal temperatures in the house no matter what house you are. Air tech company stated they keep having the doors open what do they expect? They called to notify about dryer and ice maker wasn't working, I contact (AQF Appliances),he went on Wednesday 6/22 to repair both. (Mr. Robert RIP) unfortunately on 6/ 23, He had a massive heart attack and died. They called again, I call PM went to the property to verify, Mr. Jim removed the broken chairs that someone broke and settled so that when are cleaning house that no one noticed was broken, loose floor tiles Mr. Jim offered to fix the tiles, explain that it is difficult to repair tile when only have 2 or 3 hours to prepare the house, between check out and check in, and Our own toilet paper, paper towels(No comment). In the past people break things and are scared I will charge them. I know accidents happen, no need for all of this. Mr Jim also was kind enough to bring them a beautiful desert tray of sweets and cupcakes. They called on the pool I call (elkos) this company I use for my pool, after they checked the pool (3) times, They told me that pool was in perfect condition, wasn't over-chlorinated. I don't provide umbrellas, there are some in the property left behind by the previous guest. As duplex, VRBO is clear that there are two of everything, two kitchens ect. having open spaces within the house to go from one place to another without ever leaving home. Offers more privacy to the family occupying the house at the same time, This makes it unique, believe me is convenient when there are 20 guests at one time. In these difficult times is a blessing to go on vacation. I'm taking my time to answer. When someone says that I don't care, that's personal, I don't tolerate that. If I'm informed by anyone that something is wrong I will corrected immediately.
