Enjoy the serenity and beauty of Mustang Island in the relaxed atmosphere of our well furnished 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom beach front condo. Watch the sunrise from our large private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
9 foot floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining room give you a magnificient unobstructed view from our 8th floor condo of the beach and the Gulf. Watch the seagulls and pelicans as they soar past your balcony.
Our condo is rated 9.9 out of 10.0 for rental.
We have leather furniture in the living room with a 32" TV and DVD. There is also a small desk for your laptop with free DSL hookup.
Both bedrooms have king beds with pillowtop mattresses, ceiling fans, TV's and DVDs. The master bedroom has a private bath with a step-in-shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have carpet. All other flooring is tile.
The recently remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter top is fully equipped for any cooking you might wish to do. You can bring your groceries and never leave your "Home away from Home" OR Port Aransas (just a short 7 miles north) has many unique restaurants for dining. Corpus Christi is a short 20 minutes west to all major restaurants, as well as local attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, and the retired aircraft carrier from WWII "The Lexington".
SeaGull Condo is an 11 story well maintained condo located right on the beach of beautiful Mustang Island. Management and Maintenance are on site 24 hours a day.
SeaGull has a beautiful free form pool and a hot tub with waterfall. Gas and Charcoal grills are located poolside. Pool towels are available for guests at the front desk.
The beach is just outside the building - just steps down the boardwalk. There is also a shower on the boardwalk for rinsing when returning from the beach There are beachboys, beach canopys and chairs on a "first come basis" in summer season.
For the fisherman....
There is parking for boats on the back lot and a cleaning station on the southside of the building.
For the golfer....
There is an Arnold Palmer signature golf course only 5 minutes away.
Coin operated laundry facilities are located in the basement. (bring your own detergent as machines run out in busy season) Also in the basement: small exercise room, pool table, ping pong table, and vending machines. Outside you will find a tennis and basketball court. Also DVD movies can be rented at the front desk for $1.00. There is a FREE CHILDREN'S ART PROGRAM IN THE SUMMER - ASK FOR THE SCHEDULE!

Why the Owner Chose Sea Gull
We visited Florida for a week many years ago and decided we didn't want to winter there, much to crowded for us. A friend told us about Port Aransas and we decided to check it out. That is when we discovered "PARADISE". We purchased our condo in 1995. We started the first year after retirement in 1998 staying 1 month. Then 2 months and now we stay 3 to 3 1/2 months, running away from winter weather in Illinois. How can we go wrong waking up every morning to the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico or taking a walk on the beach which is right out our back door. We can also have our morning coffee on the deck and be warmed by the morning sun!
Since we leave our condo home in April and don't return until January we decided to offer it for rental and share it with you. Our condo is not just a rental it is also our winter home! The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We spend the winter in our condo. We have made so many wonderful "Winter Texan " friends. We have potlucks, play bingo, bridge, poker and walk the beach. We have such a wonderful time with our "winter family"! Every year we have fun finding new restaurants and activities in and around Port Aransas. The rest of the year we spend back home in Illinois and offer our condo for rental.

Two couples stayed at this condo and had a wonderful time. It has a magnificent view of the ocean! Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfotable. Just what we had in mind. It is a quiet place and is conveniently located. Highly recommended.

This condo was absolutely all Millie & John say it is & more. My husband & I and our best friends stayed there & our friends raved about my choice. In our 20 + years of going to Mustang Island we've stayed on 2 other properties & this one is a big hit with us. The view from the balcony is just what we wanted...the full moon was a bonus. It is apparent that John & Millie care very much about making their winter home comfortable & appealing. We had everything we needed or wanted. Loved having king beds in both bedrooms. Also, Millie & John are very easy to contact & communicate with. We had a great 3 days!

We researched a ton of places and this unit has the best ocean view in our opinion. Owners are also very helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend beach getaway. The condo was perfect for us. It is nicely furnished, comfortable and right on the beach. We enjoyed spending the evenings sitting on the balcony, watching the sun set and the moon rise. It's a short walk on the boardwalk across the dunes to the beach. The sun was bright and the water was warm! I wasn't ready to leave on Sunday. Thank you for sharing your condo -- we are looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at your winter home. Thank you for sharing it with us. This was our second stay here. We have stayed a lot of condos on various vacations, and have to say that yours is the most comfortable one we have stayed at. It has such a cozy and relaxing feel to it. The staff at the Seagull is wonderful too, very pleasant and accommodating. The view is gorgeous and the coziness of your condo can't be beat. Everything was wonderful!

We visited with our daughter - a senior at Texas A & M, her boyfriend, our son just graduated from high school, and his girlfriend.
