Our top rated 2 bedroom condo on Mustang Island offers breath taking unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. View the rolling waves, the ships, the pelicans and the seagulls - feel the gulf breezes from the large balcony. View the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining room and kitchen through floor to ceiling windows. You are a short boardwalk stroll to the beach. (approximately 100 steps). The resort has a heated swimming pool and a large in ground hot tub with fountain for relaxation. Beside the pool are charcoal and gas grills. After a fun day in the sun, it's time to relax in our "Home away from Home".

The Seagull is a tropically decorated 11 story well maintained condo. Our unit, on the 8th floor with 1417 square feet is the ultimate in comfort and convenience. The newly decorated master suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom also has a king bed with an adjacent full bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room. Carpet in the bedrooms and living room, ceramic tile in the dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. It is perfect for couples(2), friends or families. Internet service is provided free in our condo and Wi-Fi is free in the lobby.

Other on site amenities include: pool table, ping pong table, video games, exercise room and coin washer/dryers in basement.(bring your detergent as machines are often out of supplies) 24-hour desk(available to meet all of your needs), conference room, and free boat parking in rear of the parking lot.

During the summer months there is a FREE Children's Art Program. There is a schedule posted for your convience.

Just about 5 minutes down the road toward Port Aransas is the Newport Dunes Golf Club which is a Arnold Palmer signature designed golf course.

Our condo is our winter home, therefore our kitchen is very well stocked for any cooking you might choose to do. So if you are wanting a total get away...make the grocery store your first stop and never leave the condo! We have a large pantry so storage will not be a problem.

SeaGull Condo enjoys a quiet environment. Only 1/2 of the condos rent and the other are family owned. Therefore, you are in a family atmosphere here. No South Padre!. If you are looking for a livelier environment Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are nearby.

The village of Port Aransas is just minutes away and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. If you want to dine out! There are many fishing and water activities available in Port Aransas and in Corpus Christi. Corpus Christi (30 minutes away) has all of the well known restaurants along with the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington and the Padre Island National Seashore.

  • My two young sons and I stayed at John and Millie's condo for two nights in June during a road trip / vacation. Everything was wonderful with a homey ambience, we felt like we were staying at a family member's home while they were away. The view of the beach was exactly what I'd hoped, and the boys loved the pool as much as the ocean. During my stay I accidentally knocked down a window shade (note - don't pull them up all the way), and apologized via email to Millie, promising to call maintenance to get it fixed right after we got back from lunch. When the boys and I returned, it had been taken care of, she had made the call for me. Thanks to Millie and John for giving us a fantastic place to stay; I would definitely return!

    FROM OUR GUEST BOOK: What a nice condo! You have done a nice job with it. It is very homey and cozy. We spent the Christmas holidays here, and we had a great time!! We relaxed a lot. Walking on the beach looking for seashells and sanddollars is our favorite thing to do. We even went out to St. Jo for about 3 hours. This is our 3rd time at the Seagull Condos (our 2nd Christmas) It is always a wonderful place to come to and we always hate to leave. Thanks for the use of your home. It was wonderful!!     Dear John and Millie, My husband and I and our two daughters have been staying at the Seagull for many years. This year we came with my oldest daughter, son in law, and grandson. We stayed in different condos. Your condo is very comfortable and added to our enjoynment of being at the beach. I'm sure that you are interested in suggestions for improvement - and I do have a couple..... The burners on the stove are not level and the one large burner cooks at a higher temperature than the others. The cookware - mainly fry pans are not large enough to cook for 6 people. You are also low on cooking utensils (only 1 spatula and no tongs). Other than those minor suggestions, we enjoyed staying in your condo and wish you and your family all the best. R & E Austin, Tx

It reminded us of our home (leather furniture & recliner). It was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking views!!
