(all security guys are in uniform and 24 hours) It is also part of "Howard Johnson Palace Royale" 5 stars hotel complex, resident could pay small fee to use their Olympic standard swimming pool, karaoke, yoga room, sauna, jacuzzi, excellent gym with professional trainer,...etc. The hotel also offer daily buffet (approximately $15/person)and Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor has the best dim sum in town. (Of course don't forget to mention you are the resident in the complex to receive your 10% discount!) Surrounding area has lots of restaurants, hair beauty salon, laundry store( you can call them to pick up your laundry and deliver next day.)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony, TV, MP3 unit, air conditioner and en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closed balcony. The third bedroom is the study, which also has a sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, washer. Heat and 2 air conditioners are available any time of year (quite rare in Beijing). The hot water heater is tankless (so you can take LONG showers and never run out of hot water).
