Our executive Villa is set on a gated community overlooking one of Florida’s most renowned Golf Courses and is just under twenty minutes away from the Disney resorts.

Our privately owned Villa has Four Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to eight people. There are two spacious lounges, separate Breakfast and Dining areas along with Kitchen and Utility areas that are fully equipped for every occasion whether it is to cater for lunch by the pool or a quick breakfast just before venturing off to one of Florida’s many attractions.
Our Villa has a superb private South facing screened pool area with views over one of Florida’s top golf courses. Perfect for an early morning splash to encourage some of the slower starters out of bed or to have a relaxing dip to wash away an action packed day.
Besides being located on a top golf course the following amenities are also available within the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club:

Immediately outside the security gates their are a host of other amenities including:
Wal-Mart Supercenter (Open 24 Hours), Walgreens Pharmacy, Winn-Dixie, Blockbuster Video, Banks and several restaurants. Within a very short distance there is also a family medical centre.

Mid Season ... Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct ...... $800/week (1 week minimum)
High Season .. Jun, Jul, Aug, Thanksgiving .. $900/week (1 week minimum)
All rates include all taxes and final cleaning fee.
For stays under seven nights pro-rate the weekly rate and add $150.
$18/night Pool Heating would be required.
$400 refundable security deposit would also be required.
$200 per week non-refundable deposit required to secure rental.
