BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT WITH NUMEROUS AMENITIES
The condo is a townhouse style on the 7th and 8th floors of the Tower. As you enter this condominium you are presented with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and you know you are at the beach. Immediately off the foyer you notice the beautifully appointed master bedroom with adjoining full bath, flat screen TV and glorious views of the ocean.
As you venture up the stairs you find the dining room and sitting space adjoining the kitchen through a breakfast bar area. The kitchen and dining areas look out through a large picture window onto an unobstructed view of the Gulf. As you walk toward the living room, you pass the laundry room and another well-appointed full bathroom. In the living room you find two comfortable sofas in addition to a Queen Murphy Bed neatly tucked away until needed. Also for your enjoyment is a 32” HD LCD TV and DVD player. For your enjoyment there are CD’s and DVD’s available in the condo. The balcony off the living room over looks Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our luxurious condominium is perfect for those who wish to relax and take a break from the stress and stimulation of day-to-day life. It is wonderfully located at the very secluded west end of Panama City Beach within the gated community of Carillon Beach to the east and a state park and bird sanctuary to the west. The secluded location literally offers the best of both worlds; away from the crowds and yet minutes to all the activities.
On site you are able to enjoy 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is heated year around, tennis and basketball courts, children’s playground, saunas, shuffle board, arcade; boat, paddle boats kayak, bicycle rental, free WiFi if you brought your lap top and a free internet café if you didn’t. Also on site there are wet slips with ample parking for boat trailers and convenient on site boat launch. It is just a short and pleasant walk to numerous restaurants and supermarkets.
As noted in the Activities section; as you travel west from the gated community it is only a 10 minute ride to novel and interesting communities including Rosemary Beach and Seaside on beautiful Hwy 30-A (both featured in numerous national magazines for their concepts and architecture). If you choose to travel west on Hwy 98 about 25 miles, you arrive in Destin, at the largest designer outlet mall in the country. If going east as you leave the gate house following the beach road you find yourself in the heart of Panama City Beach and all its fare, including the new Pier Park shopping area, movie theatres, amusement parks, putt putt, cinemas, restaurants, etc.

Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
The sugar white sand dunes and emerald waters are soothing and inviting. The sound of the waves from the condo is therapeutic and music to my ears.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I enjoy the unique, serene villages that make up the neighboring Beaches of South Walton and feel secure at this gated community. Yet, a little more action is close by in Panama City Beach.
This unit is beach front and lake front so the fisherman love the location too.
Did I mention shopping?? Even the necessary grocery store is right around the cornor.

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo we had a wonderful time we meant to write in the book for rest. the pasta grill was fantastic its located on front beach road very cheap in price and the pizza is fantastic. The Bunch clan really enjoyed our stay thanks again.
