It is newly furnished in 2008 and equipped, professionally decorated and offers amazing views out over the Atlantic Ocean and up and down the Cocoa Beach coastline. In addition, you will enjoy seeing the space shuttle, cruise ships, Banana River, the local surfers and the Cocoa Beach Pier from the amazing 40 foot private terrace.
Luxury is the name of this unit. Tile is located in the foyer, kitchen, dining room and all 3 1/2 bathrooms. Granite counters in the kitchen and the master bathroom.
Arouse or retire in this fabulous master bedroom in a king size bed with his and her closets and his and her vanity positioned in a L-shape. The dinning room seats 8 to 10 people. The kitchen table will seat 5 people, While eating, you can enjoy the dolphins or relax with the sound of the waves.
The great room includes a sofa and love seat along with a 64" x 40" desk. Bring your laptop and you will be set to work and play at the same time. A printer will be available along with wireless internet. If you are tired of the sun, watch TV on your 42" HD TV with all the cable channels.

Enjoy Cocoa Beach Pier, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Village, restaurants or travel less than 1 hour to Orlando where you can shop, go to Disney, Universal, watch a professional basketball game or enjoy the arts. Grocery shopping and convenient stores are only a block or so away.
