Only 30 minutes away from Spokane, you can wake up to the pleasure of watching the sun rise from 3 decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit in the cool quiet evening, or swimming and water activities by day, we have it all. Take in the lake view as you prepare meals in the well equipped brand new kitchen or sit at the breakfast bar and discuss the days planned activities.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bath and balcony overlooking the lake, there are 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in one and the other with single bunk beds which share a bathroom. Down stairs is the 4th bedroom which has one single bunk bed and another bathroom, also a family room and laundry facilities. All upstairs bedrooms have fans, no AC. On the main floor are the kitchen, living room and dining room area, all open to each other with a beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by rock.
Bring your boat or other water toys, there is a covered boat lift available and the launch is just a short drive way. The lake is 21 miles long and sports some of the best fishing in the area. Water temperature is usually 72 degrees by August. The water is separated from the grass by a 3 feet sea wall with four steps. Access to the lake is down a mild grade stepping stone laid path from the house. The house is landscaped front and back with grass and flower beds. Watch the fun from the decks off the house or sit on the patio by the water, just a short walk from the house to the water is all it takes.
