The Beach House is available to Family Reunion Groups and Organizations.
No Prom activities, Fireworks or Campfires.
We maintain a Smoke-free & Pet Free Environment.
MAIN HOUSE:
Main Floor has a Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room with flat screen, 5 bedrooms and full bath.
Ground floor has a Great Room for young adults or older children, 2 Full Baths with showers, laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer and a T.V. viewing area.
Top floor has 2 King Master Suites, 2 Queen Bedrooms, Master Bath with double sinks, a second full bath with shower.
To Determine The Group Size: All persons accessing the property during the week must be counted. Friends and family staying at other locations must be counted if they plan to visit for any length of time. Maximum capacity is 35 adults & children. Children 2 years old and under, stay free but must be counted in the maximum of 35.
A NOTE FROM THE INN KEEPERS:
Get Ready to ENJOY one of the finest beaches in the Country. You are a 5 minute walk (1.5 blocks) to a beach You Won't Believe!!! Jamaica has nothing on us. The Michigan Beaches don't come close. We are on the southern most shore of Lake Michigan and you will just LOVE it! Do plan to go down for the Sunsets . . . they are Incredible.
There are 3 gas grills and plenty of seating for outdoor barbeques. You can prepare the Family Meal in our kitchen or we can arrange for your event to be Catered. Enjoy your meal indoors in front of the Wide Screen or enjoy your meal outside in the Patio area.
The property is available for Family Reunion Groups up to 35 adults and children.

Payment plan of 1/2 down, balance due April 1st. will lock in your dates for the season (Overnight Delivery is recommended. The Lease Agreement will be mailed for review to sign & return along with a copy of your driver's license. Minimum Age Requirement is 25. 12% State & local taxes, $30 Waiver Fee, $250 Housekeeping Fee. Deposit requirements: $1000 per family or $500 per head of household.

The Beach House in Sheridan Beach is truly a Vacation Getaway. The sandy shores of Lake Michigan is a 2 minute walk down a street filled with beach activity. There are Restaurants, Parks, Shopping, Casino & much more within a 5 block radius. Best of all, the Beach House has space inside and out. It can serve as a romantic getaway for 2 or accommodate a multi-family reunion of 35. Nature is still preserved in the back of the property. Lots of trees, wildlife including an occasional Deer.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We are seeking Multi-family Reunion groups. Adults taking responsibility for the total group must be over 25 and provide a copy of their driver's license.
