Group Size of 1-10 includes the Main Floor with Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room with flat screen, 5 bedrooms, full bath, private use of in-ground Pool and 3 patios.
Group Size of 11-25 includes the Main & Ground floors with Gourmet Kitchen, 2 Great Rooms with flat screens, 5 bedrooms + dormitory sleeping for 15, 3 Full Baths with showers, laundry room with high capacity washer and dryer, private use of in-ground pool and 3 patios.
Group Size of 25-35 includes all levels of the home and private use of the in-ground pool and property. Top floor has 2 Master Suites, 2 Queen Bedrooms, Master Bath with double sinks, a second full bath with shower.
The enjoyment of the entire home is available to any group size and will be included in the quote upon request. Your family has private use, whether you reserve part or all of the property.
To Determine The Group Size: All persons accessing the property and/or the pool during the week must be counted. Friends and family staying at other locations must be counted if they plan to visit for any length of time. Maximum capacity is 35 adults & children. Children 2 years old and under stay free but must be counted in the maximum of 35.
A NOTE FROM THE INN KEEPERS:
Get Ready to ENJOY one of the finest beaches in the Country. You are a 5 minute walk (1.5 blocks) to a beach You Won't Believe!!! Jamaica has nothing on us. The Michigan Beaches don't come close. We are on the southern most shore of Lake Michigan and you will just LOVE it! Do plan to go down for the Sunsets . . . they are Incredible.
Our pool and patio area are resort-like in every way. The pool area is elevated and catches the many Lake Michigan breezes. The pool water is a perfect 84 degrees, making it very hard to leave the pool area. It is a truly rewarding outdoor experience and everything you need is right there.
The Private Pool and 3 decks are ready now (see pictures). There are 2 gas grills and plenty of seating for outdoor barbeques. If you want to make a day in your vacation plans a fun-filled event, the new Private Pool is available for Family Gatherings. Reservations include the Gourmet Kitchen and indoor Dining. You can prepare the Family Meal in our kitchen or we can arrange for your event to be Catered. Enjoy your meal indoors in front of the Wide Screen or enjoy your meal outside in one of the Patio areas next to the Pool.
The property is available for Family Reunion Groups up to 35 adults and children.

Area Description:
The Beach House in Sheridan Beach is truly a Vacation Getaway. The sandy shores of Lake Michigan is a 2 minute walk down a street filled with beach activity. There are Restaurants, Parks, Shopping, Casino & much more within a 5 block radius. Best of all, the Beach House has space inside and out. It can serve as a romantic getaway for 2 or accomodate a multi-family reunion of 35. Nature is still preserved in the back of the property. Lots of trees, wildlife including an occasional Deer.
There is a PRIVATE POOL in the back for everyone in your group to enjoy. For those relatives who are unable to climb the dune to the beach, they can relax by the pool and still be a part of all the family fun. There are 3 private patios, 1 for Grilling, 1 for Sunbathing and 1 that serves as the observation deck of the Sheraton Beach activity.

- Kid Friendly: The ground level of the Beach House is designed for older children and pre-teens. A Private Pool is planned for the 2008 Summer Season.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We are seeking Multi-family Reunion groups. Adults taking responsibility for the total group must be over 25 and provide a copy of their driver's license.
