  • We stayed at Steven's 3-bedroom condo at Honua Kai over President's Week, 2009. The development, and Steven's condo, are lovely. Everything you could possibly want. As there's construction next door (the second tower at Honua Kai is currently being built), we were concerned that there might be a certain level of construction noise — but we never heard a thing. We highly recommend the Honua Kai — by far the best development on either Kaanapali or North Kaanapali beaches.
