Our beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained 3 bedroom/2 bath second floor condo is available for rent in the 2009 season. The rates are very reasonable at $1300/week for June and $1450/week for July and August. Other weekly rates/weekend rates are available upon request. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. A $400 deposit is required to secure the date and a $400 security deposit is due when the remaining balance is paid - 30 days before check-in.
The condo is located three blocks to the beach. We are located close to restaurants, golf and shopping. Poplar Avenue is also a great location on the boardwalk - one block to the famous Moreys Pier with rides and an amazing water park.
This second floor condo offers cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. The condo has three bedrooms - main with queen bed and full bath, second with queen bed, and third with two twin beds. Each room has a TV with cable. The condo is new and offers central air, gas fireplace, outside shower, BBQ grill, and large patio with furniture to enjoy those summer evenings. There is a garage and driveway for two-car parking, plus plenty of on street parking. There is also a storage area and back yard for your use. The condo is smoke and pet free.
