The improvements were done by a local architect - it has all new plumbing, electrical, heating, and whole house entertainment system with iPod dock. The bath and kitchen are new with heated stone floors and on-demand hot water. The bathroom is equipped with a two person Bain Ultra air jet massage tub and a garden view. Walls are finished in beautiful American Clay plaster and the house interior has the original redwood trim and wood floors.
