  Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Spectacular views, and great beach front access. Owners were very easy to deal with. Panama City Beach is very quiet at this time of year, no trouble with traffic, parking, or elevators. Weather was a little chilly a couple of days, but we would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed many fine restaurants including Dee's Hangout, Triple J's Steakhouse, and Hammerhead Fred's. Several interesting golf courses nearby including Holiday, Hombre, and Signal Hill, all within a few minutes.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Great location, perfect for a couple. The ONLY reason we are not giving this place five stars is that we feel some small details could use some attention. The comforter and love seat look and feel worn and could use replacing. The coffee machine lid is broken, and lastly, the deck and chairs were covered in sea gull dung when we arrived and there was not any cleaning supplies to clean it up. It is possible the place hadn't been occupied for a bit before our arrival, as it smelled a bit musty and the water also possessed a potent smell. However, these smells went away after we opened the windows and after our first shower :-) With all of that said, the place overall was good and a great value. The owners were easy to work with, and seemed excited for us that we were able to escape the cold in Minnesota :-) We would definitely stay again and hope they will have us.

  Owner response: We appreciate our renters from the cold north and they were great to work with. In the winter time, when there is a stretch of time between renters, they are correct that the water build up in the lines can smell the first time you release it. Glad they enjoyed the stay and sorry about the sea gulls finding our place homey. We will need to check better after long gaps before new renters come in! We promise a warm home and warm weather for all snow birds.

  A beautifully decorated studio and some pretty awesome weather. We had a great time in PCB for two weeks. The picture in the listing is exactly what we got. We had stayed in this building before which was why we looked for another studio here. A great place to stay. The owners were very kind and helpful and I would rent from them again anytime. Our favorite places we visited was the Triple J Restaurant, Capt Andersons, Sailboat Fair Trades Charter and Pier Park to name a few.

  We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The heated pool was very nice and my grandkids loved the long weekend there. The view was great, I hope we can stay there again soon, Dan and Gretchen was easy to work with and we appreciate them.

  This condo was almost perfect for our family of 3!!! It is decorated extremely tastefully and they have made excellent use of the space provided. Looking at the pictures above will tell you exactly what the condo will look like when you walk in. This was by far the cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in. The cleaning crew did a tremendous job. Anytime we had any questions Dan would always email us back quickly. We would definately recommend this condo to others. The H2O grill by the pool area has awesome food. We ordered the Nachos (awesome) and the cheese and bacon covered fries (even better) for the three of us and it was easily enough for 5 people. The only thing that was a little aggrevating was having to go across the street to park. Not bad but if you just wanted to run down the road to get a coke or something it was kind of a hassle. The bathroom is nice and clean but very small so really the only thing that I would recommend for this condo would be another large mirror out in the main area. This way more than one person could get ready at a time. It was sort of hard for my daughter and I to get ready at the same time because of how small the bathroom is. Thanks for lending your condo to us for the week!! It truely is a beautiful room with AMAZING views from the 19th floor!!!

  Paradise Found!!!! Week beginning 09-22-2012 for 8 nights Best Vacation Ever in PCB for my husband and I! This gorgeous condo is more than pictures and words can ever begin describing. My husband and I travel alot, and we found this condo to be everything you can ever imagine for a perfect Vacation! Gorgeous views from the balcony and upscale furnishings. Did not want to leave. Both my husban are usually ready to head back home, but NOT this time. Dan and Gretchan are the perfect owners to rent from! Quck to respond to questions, and their hospitality is beyond anyones expectations. When it is just me and my husband traveling to PCB again, this is our paradise choice for always!   Our stay there was very nice. I had my reservations about staying on the 19th floor, but the view from the balcony was awesome. My knees were a little weak on the way to the room, but I would just hide the view with whatever I had in my hands and walked close to the wall. LOL! Everyone complains about the elevators, but they weren't that bad. Some of our friends where in the other building, so we would take elevator to ground floor and go out the front of the building and into the other. The boys liked the covered pool in tower II. It stays really COLD! I wish that I had tried the food at H2O Grill sooner. I would have ate there more. Try the steak nachos or cheese fries. AWESOME! They can easily be shared and the prices aren't bad either. Did'nt get to try there salads, but they looked wonderful. Will try them next year. Some of the restaraunts I would suggest would be Sandbar Seafood and Deli and Pier 77. They probably wouldn't be somehwhere you would stop, but a lot of the locals will tell you a lot. I guess my only complaint about the condo would be the water pressure. There were plenty of towels. Bring cleaning supplies & laundry detergent. All that was there was a broom, vaccum cleaner & small amount of dishwashing detergent. My sons said the bunks weren't that comfortable. Might want to bring extra cushion. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, just trying to give some hints on how to make it more comfortable. The stay was great! Thank you Dan for letting us stay. Will suggest your condo to anyone.

  We just got back home and LOVED our stay! The view was incredible and the condo was very clean, well maintained, and felt like home. I will love to stay there again and would recommend this to my friends.
