What a beautiful island and this was a perfect spot to enjoy it from. The views from the lanai were incredible, and we loved the sea turtles swimming in the surf. The condo was comfortable and the location made it easy to get to beaches as well as explore the island. Could not beat the sunsets from the point. We cannot wait to return.

We arrived back at home last nightt from our amazing vacation in Kauai!! The view from your condo was absolutely spectacular!! We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing ocean front!! This was our 6th trip to Hawaii and the view from your condo was the best ocean front accommodation that we have ever had. My brother-in-law stated it quite nicely, he said that the view was "straight out of a National Geographic magazine". My husband and I love the way the master bedroom is situated taking full advantage of the oceanfront! The condo was perfect and had everything that we needed. Thank you so much and will be in touch for our next trip to Kauai!!

What a fantastic vacation at a perfect location. From the moment we rented our car and saw a full rainbow as we left the rental agency and then arrived at the beautiful condo at sunset, to the beautiful late afternoons enjoying the turtles in the cove from the lanai, to all the little things offered at the condo. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The long distance phone calls, the beach towels, a washer and dryer, and the décor, we loved it all.

Aloha Chad, OMG! We had a wonderful stay. I spent a lot of time watching the baby turtles stuck in the surge trying to get out. I got to see some whales and Monk seals when I went diving over at Niihue. I also wrote some comments in the book in the house. I have told a lot of people about your places. I made sure I took some extra cards to pass out.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and really enjoyed our time in your condo. It could not have been better. Your furnishings are lovely and the updating of the kitchen and bathroom was just beautiful. We tend to cook a lot and use our time in Hawai'i to rest and recuperate and your place was just right for that kind of vacation. We hope to return soon. We have also mentioned your accommodations to several of our friends and hope they contact you if they plan to visit Kauai.

I have stayed in some of Chads other properties and was so impressed with the high quality and special attention to detail in his condos - this was no exception !! This 2 bedroom unit is newly rennovated to a very high standard ( I was the 2nd guest after the rennovation). The condo is large and very private. The master suite was huge and could be made completely seperate to the main living areas. Everything was included - gourment kitchen, home theatre system, washer and dryer. The condo is absolute ocean front. The view and sound of the constantly crashing waves was amazing. From the large lanai you could also sit and watch seals and turtles playing in the surf below. I imagine the view during whale-watching season must be even better. The condo is not overlooked and is very private. Being Ocean front meant I always had a cool breeze. In fact on a couple of occassions I have to close my windows as it was so breezy ! I would reccomend this unit to anyone and would definately stay there again !!!
