Located on Fire Island, which is accessible only by ferry. The house is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, The Great South Bay as well as the Sunken Forest. Restaurants, grocery store, tennis courts, children's playground, movies, shopping and children's day camp (through Sept. 1) are only a short walk or a quick bike ride away. 1 hour, 10 minutes by train, car or private van to ferry dock from NYC. Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to the beach(parking is available at the ferry dock). * 4 bedrooms * 2 large decks on the dune facing the ocean. * 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower * Full size washer/dryer * Dishwasher * TV's w/Satellite * Spacious living room w/dining room that seats six * Two large decks (upper & lower) facing ocean w/grill & patio furniture * Wagon provided * Steps to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, marina and the fire island hotel w/it's restaurant around the corner Weekly, Monthly or Seasonal Rentals. $1000.00 refundable security deposit required as well as a $100.00 housekeeping charge.

Weekly rentals are from Monday mornings - Sunday evening 6pm.
