Located within walking distance of famous Tigertail Beach, our luxurious waterfront house is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Unlike most rental homes on Marco Island, our home features a modern open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and spacious living areas (be sure to click on the "photos" icon next to the bottom picture for more photos of the interior). Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, our Non-Smoking house will be sure to please every guest. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful, white sands of nearby Tigertail Beach are perfect for water, sand, and shelling activities.

The lanai is ideally suited to sunny breakfasts by the pool, comfortable shade for dining, or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. The pool and spa area stays sunny most of the day for tanning. Most rooms feature wonderful views of the water and pool area and you can even fish in the canal!

All the amenities of home are provided, including a fully-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms include the master bedroom suite with king-sized poster bed, with its own private bathroom; the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed; and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom.

The kids will enjoy the Sony Playstation 2 system and there are many toys for playing inside the house or in the pool. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that all doors, including pool area, will signal if opened, and kids can be supervised on the lanai from all the main rooms.

For the price of a hotel room you can stay in a luxurious house with your own private kitchen, swimming pool and spa. Once you have rented our house for a family vacation, or even a relaxing get-away for two, you will never want to go back to a hotel!

  • Well this was our second home rental from Nick. We rented Barcelona Ct. (wonderful home)last year and I must say the Bradfrod Ct. home was simply beautiful! It has been a pleasure renting from Nick the past two years and I highly recommend anyone looking to rent a home on Marco Island rent a home from Nick. We had a wonderful week and there was even a family of dolphins playing by the dock each evening in the back yeard that the boys loved to watch. The neighborhood was sooo peaceful and quiet. We will definetly rent again from Nick!

  • What a house. Everything you could possibly need or want is at the Bradford house. We have rented homes on Marco for several years and the Bradford house is simply the best. We rented the house with my sister and her family. It is a great house for two families to share. Having the sun cover the pool from sunrise to sunset made it even better. All of the kids (ages 13, 7 and 5) wanted to stay at the pool all day because of the sun. It was wonderful. Nick & Julie, thank you again.

  • This was our 3rd year at the Bradford house. It was awesome! We love to stay there knowing everything is top notch and the house is equipped with all the extras.   • We loved our stay at Bradford Court. We spend Thanksgiving week there and the weather was terrific. The kids had an absolute blast, it was hard to get them to leave the house! The pool, hot tub and play station were a definate hit. Not to mention seeing dolphins and all sorts of different fish right outside the back yard!!! The beaches were beautiful,if you visit Tiger Tail, bring your water shoes, and you'll find tons of cool shell and sand dollars. The local restaurants were great, and very kid friendly, with fun entertainment. Nick was more than helpful making our stay the best! The house had everything a family needs when being away from home. Thank you for a great vacation, we're already talking about returning next year.

  • Fabulous! Bradford Court was definitely more than we were expecting! It made our vacation! The house design was very comfortable for my husband and 2 year old. In fact, it would be perfect for a larger group. The pool/spa added so much to our stay...we didn't have to leave the house at all! Nick and Julie have done a great job of anticipating the needs of vacationers by supplying the little "extras" that mean so much (ie: extra linens, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc). Great central location on the island - close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It was great knowing if we had a question, it was only a phone call away.   • Just finished a week, Feb. 14-21, and had a great time, although cool weather. Good location, 10-minute walk to beach, well appointed home, including excellent landlord! Lots of great restaurants, fun Everglades tour, boat rental to tour waterways. All good.
