This is a classic Carolina Beach House that has been in our family over twenty years. We completely redecorated this home in 2006 and everything is new and updated. Our family has enjoyed this home for many vacations and holidays and we have seen our four children grow up here. We now have three grand children and they enjoy it even more than their parents.
Location, Location, Location, when you think low country and Carolina Beaches, this is what you imagine. A wonderful four bedroom home that sits on the canal with a private dock and across the street from the beach. I don't care how bad of a golfer you are, you can hit a five iron from the front yard to the beach. You can also pull you boat up to the dock that sits 100 feet behind your house. If this doesn't appeal to you, then walk 300 yards to the beach club. You can lay out by one of the three pools next to the Sandbar Pool Bar and have the staff bring you drinks and tell you when it is time to apply more sun tan lotion.
This is a family home, it has a 20 foot by 40 foot dinning room and family room that connects to the outside deck and grill area. A wonderful feature of this home, it is all on one floor so there are no difficult stairs to navigate for small children or older adults.
As you can tell we love our home and would love to share it with you. The accommodations are great and the location is unbeatable. If your goal is to be within walking distance to everything on the island and your family has ten or less members, this is the house for you. If walking isn't your bag, then a golf cart or bicycle will get you where you want to go.
If the sound of the ocean hitting the rocks keeps you awake at night or fishing boats moving up and down the canal bothers you during the day, then don't rent this home.

Swimming Pool and great outdoor beach bar "Sand Bar".Live music at the Sand Bar on Friday and Saturday night during the season. The Beach Club has casual dinning and a good but small food court, which is great for the kids. This is only 400 yards from the house
Located at the end of Bonito Rd. is the marina. You will find a great marina store, rentals for bikes and golf carts, boat rentals and fishing boat charters. The marina is also home to the Bonito Boathouse Restaraunt known for it's tradional seafood.
This is Davis Love's first designed golf course. The club has an excellent pro shop, snack bar and full driving range. Carts are available but you can also walk this course
Basketball courts, volley ball courts and wonderfull wooden structured play ground set. Great place for the kids to burn off some energy.
Spectacular swimming pool with water fountains and other water features. Nice pool bar, restaraunt and a good place for young teens. Open and great views of the ocean from this are of the island.
Everyone entering the island must come through this entrance. You will need a pass to gain access and this is why Fripp is such a safe place to visit with your family. We are surrounded by a Nature Preserve and access to Fripp is only granted to owners and their guest. We have owned a home been here for over 20 years and never locked our doors while on the island. You and your family are safe while on Fripp, enjoy.
Spectaular 18 holes with lots of water and five ocean holes.Pro shop, driving range and a full service casual restaraunt open for breakfast and lunch. I recommned the french fries they are wonderful.
Island market that has a limited but amble supply of food, wine, beer and other household needs. Hours of operation fluctuate depending on the season.
