BAMA BREEZE
This four bedroom, two and a half bath house located on Marina Rd, features comfortable tropical beach house décor. The master and second bedrooms feature king-size beds. The third bedroom has twin beds, while the fourth contains a queen size bed. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions with built in DVD players. The fully supplied kitchen has a new Jenn-aire stove, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, an eat at counter for the quick meal, large pantry for storage, and a refrigerator with ice maker. The dining room has seating for ten. A desk in the living room features high- speed internet connections and cable on all televisions.
The kitchen, living room and dining room feature open plan with fantastic views from all directions. There are two open decks and a screened in porch on the main level of the house. Underneath the house is space to get out of the hot sun, look out at the water and enjoy a meal cooked on the charcoal barbecue. There is space for two cars to park under the house, with plenty more parking for cars and trailers in the drive. The waterfront features two boat slips that will accommodate up to a thirty- five foot boat. There is a fish -cleaning bench on the pier.
The house is situated at the intersection of two canals. It is moments by boat into the Gulf of Mexico. Orange Beach public beach access is nearby. It is a short walk to Tacky Jack’s and Calypso’s. The public boat launch is at the end of the road, about a mile from the house. Tanger outlet stores are a thirty minute trip. There are all types of shopping, family activities, movies, and live concerts at the Wharf complex, about a three-mile trip.
Grocery stores are close by. You can venture further out to explore Pensacola, and Mobile, each about an hour away by car. The towns of Foley and Gulf Shores offer additional nearby entertainment and shopping experiences. There are outstanding restaurants in all directions.

Bama Breeze has wonderful water views from the kitchen,living room,& dining room. If you brought your boat the Gulf is only a few minutes away. You can also explore many miles of protected water and bays even with small boats, pontoons, and kayaks. The best boat ramp in Orange Beach is just down the street on Marina Rd.The area under the house is a great place to gather and be out of the hot sun,and you are only 20 feet from the water.There is a swing to relax in and a large table to serve your guests. The kids can catch small fish from the pier.There is ample room for cars & boat trailers.

We built Bama Breeze in 1996 after finding the vacant lot.We think it is one of the best lots because of the views,you are not just looking across the canal at another house. Bama Breeze has survived all Hurricanes since with only minor damage.
