Sand, sea, surf, and sun get it all at south padre island. My unit is a on the 4th floor so you get a partial view of the gulf of Mexico and the bay in the distance, it overlooks Schlitterbahn water park and is just a short 5 minute path to the beach. Inside my unit has been recently remodeled it has beautiful new bamboo wood floor and some tile, new furniture.
The unit is comfortable and is a great vacation spot for families, spring breakers, couples, and people of all ages.

We had a great time at this condo. It is an older unit, but it's nice and clean and quiet. It's great for families, not alot of loud teenagers to keep you up at night. You can watch people at Schlitterbahn from the balcony and see both the bay and beach side (not beach though). Although, there is alot of construction around this particular area, it didn't disturb us. The walk to the beach isn't exactly nice, but it was better than piling into the car to drive there. Owner was very nice and took care of a minor problem we had with the A/C super fast!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.
