New luxurious "Coconut Grove Beach House" with private pool is located in the heart of Panama City Beach . Within walking distance to fine restaurants, dancing, boat charters, jet skiing and the world most beautiful beaches!

The home has three spacious bedrooms, three and a half large bathrooms, and a private pool. The bedrooms are located on the first two floors. There is also a spectacular third story loft with a wet bar, 42 inch flat panel HDTV, sofa sleeper and love seat seating and a panoramic 450 sq. ft sun deck complete with outdoor dining table. The furnishings are designed with the finest of Florida luxury in mind. This unit sleeps 8-12 people comfortably.

Each bedroom has its own private bath, and premium mattresses and linens for a RELAXING stay. There are 3 flat panel HDTV's throughout the house with more than 100 Digital channels. There are granite countertops throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The spacious home also has 10-14' ceilings throughout the home. Wireless Internet is included for free.

Just footsteps to the famous powder white sand beaches. “Coconut Grove Beach House" is located on the south side of Thomas Dr., no busy streets to cross. Safer for families walking to and from the beach. Located just steps to St. Andrews State Park ,a quarter of a mile to the marina, Capt.   • My husband, two sons and I just finished a stay at Coconut Grove for the Ironman Triathlon. It was perfect. The boys are 3 years old and 1 year old and the house was great for them. The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes--perfect! You can even see the beautiful view of the Gulf from the 3rd floor deck. (The house is on the run course for the race so they could watch the race without having to even get into the car! BONUS!) Mr. Anderson was a pleasure to deal with. Truly professional but like dealing with a friend. We will definitely be staying at Coconut Grove when our plans take us back to Panama City.

  • My family and I recently stayed in the Coconut Grove Beach House. We had a wonderful time. I spent a lot of time searching for a beach house with a pool because I knew my grandchildren would not want to be at the beach all day, everyday. Although the walk to the beach was very short, we enjoyed the pool the most. It is absolutely perfect for small children. The adults enjoyed it too. Mr. Anderson, the owner, was very nice and even called to make sure we were settled in and everything was up to par. If you love going to Panama City Beach you will love the Coconut Grove Beach House.

  • My family and I recently stayed at Coconut Grove Beach house and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and has everything you could hope for in a vacation home. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the pool what a plus!! This was my 2 year old grandsons first trip to the beach and the house made it a wonderful experience. He had room to play and was able to watch his DVD's on the large screen TV.It is located in a quiet area and only steps to the beach. We enjoyed it so much that Coconut Grove will be a yearly trip. My family was thrilled with the house and pool.

  • My girlfriends and I stayed at the beach house April 17 and attended the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The house was great! and 10 min. from the venue. We will stay there next year for the festival.
