The furnishings are designed with the finest of Florida luxury in mind. This unit sleeps 8-12 people comfortably.
Each bedroom has its own private bath, and premium mattresses and linens for a RELAXING stay. There are 3 flat panel HDTV's throughout the house with more than 100 Digital channels. There are granite countertops throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The spacious home also has 10-14' ceilings throughout the home. Wireless Internet is included for free.

Elizabeth and I have 7 children between our two families and currently live in Utah. I work at Brigham Young University in th Technology Transfer Office. We just moved here from Texas.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
We have traveled to Panama City Beach for over 20 years and love our vacations here. We decided to get a permanant place where our grown family can meet from time to time each year.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We spent more on the furnishings for Coconut Grove Beach House than most spend on a rental home. But we wanted a place that we an enjoy and we hope that others will apreciate what we have done and come year after year and make this their family's gathering home at the beach.
