Leave the stress in your life behind and enjoy our beautiful relaxing setting, in this quaint century farmhouse located on 10 acres of land overlooking the Stanley River. Five minutes from Cavendish and centered between the main cities of Summerside and Charlottetown.
The Farm house is tastefully decorated in a manner that compliments the Victorian interior. This cozy farm house is the perfect place to relax with your family or 2-3 couples. There are 3 queen size beds and 1 double bed with all linens provided. There is also an antique piano in the family room. We are currently doing Spring renovations including a new larger deck ( with a vernada) which wraps around the front of the house + a screened in section , a bedroom extension -overlooking the river ( + sky light) , renos to the family room to make it more family friendly and a swing set for the children.
Cook up a feed of mussels or lobsters in the shed next to the house and enjoy the perfect picnic outside followed by a game of crochet or soccer. Enjoy the great golf courses, and beaches, antique shops and amusement parks which are minutes away then come back and relax on the deck and enjoy the amazing garden and water view.
The farm house is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation.

$100 each additional person
A $500 deposit is required to confirm the reservation payable by
money order or personal cheque.
Remaining balance is due on arrival.
Check in 3:00pm on Saturday and check out 10:00am following Saturday

Wow was the first thing we thought when we got here (farmhouse) -- the pictures hardly do this house justice.... a gorgeous house, well appointed with lots of space and an amazing view. Bernadette was a great host, very easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt at home the minute we got there -- both by our host, as well as the great layout and furnishings -- its renovated but has a number of antiques (and a ton of toys for the kids). Tons of room for us all - a mom and babe, a mom, dad and toddler, as well as a set of in-laws! Morning coffee on the wrap around deck was a lovely way to start the day -- rain or shine (mostly shine, luckily). I enjoyed the outside shower on the warmer days, but the main bathroom upstairs was large and lovely. The large kitchen was modern and very well equipped. Great location -- minutes from the beach, as well as numerous amazing towns. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, put your feet up and not worry about a thing -- this would be the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Next time we'll play with the boats!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
