You will feel as though you have entered paradise as soon as you arrive at unit 434 at Kiahuna. The furnishings are beautiful. The bathroom is newly remodeled. The floor has brand-new gorgeous wood laminate throughout! There are brand new large white ceiling fans with wall-mounted remote controls to keep you comfortable. We love this unit because it is extremely bright, spacious and cheerful.
We have all new tvs, including a large 32" flat-screen tv in the living room, DVD player and a stereo system for CD's, iPods and mp3 players. The bedroom, which has all new furniture, has its own flat-screen TV (very few units at Kiahuna provide TV's in the bedroom) which is perfect for watching TV while lounging in the spacious king-size bed. There is also WIFI free of charge in the unit (also not typically found at Kiahuna!). Did we mention the boogie boards, beach umbrellas and cooler for your use at the beach?
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with updated amenities. There is a new stove! The view from the balcony is beautiful; there is even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean! The late afternoon sun shines through the plantation shutters but does not heat up the unit. There are ceiling fans in the extra tall ceilings. You can relax on the 2 chaises on the lanai and take in a panoramic view of the enormous Kiahuna sky! Or have a relaxing dinner on the lanai by the stars! Or take a bubble bath in the brand-new oversized bathtub.
The beach at Kiahuna is one of the most popular beaches on the South Shore. You can obtain complimentary chairs and towels from the beach hut.
Kiahuna Plantation is the perfect vacation spot for all ages. You will feel that you have found paradise on earth as soon as you step on the Kiahuna grounds! The beach is large, private and beautiful. You can snorkel, body-surf, boogie-board, surf, or just tan yourself in the sand, or sit under the breezy palm trees on the grassy area next to the beach. The snorkel area is calmer and provides a perfect spot for younger children to play in the ocean.
Unit 434 is about a 4 minute walk to the beach across the beautiful Kiahuna grounds. The pool and tennis courts are about a 3 minute walk across the street. Starbucks is even closer! The newly renovated pool has a hot tub and a fun water slide for the kids. There is even a shallow, sandy area for the little ones. There is also a fabulous restaurant next to the tennis court, very casual and delicious. They even have a happy hour!

I go to Kauai every year and have stayed in many different condos and found this unit to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was comfortable and clean. The bath area has been updated. Thank you for sharing this unit.

Fabulous stay, exactly as advertised, clean and well maintained, would definitely stay in this unit again, will not hesitate to recommend this unit to friends and family, owners easy to work with as well as on site managers.

Thanks, we had a great time! We really enjoyed our visit to Kauai in particular and our stay in 434. We drove up to Hanalei and hiked into the Napili coast. We also visited Waimea Canyon and loved that as well. Thank you so much for working with us on the dates and being open to us moving the dates, even though we didn't end up doing that. I got your email with the link to the VRBO comment page. I will take time to do that. We would love to return for another visit and I'll recommend your place to any friends or family who take a trip to Kauai. Again thanks so much!

Randy, it's a beautiful condo. I loved the hardwood floor (I believe it's hickory wood). It's quiet and convenient to shops. Weather was great in August on Kauai Island. We enjoyed the surfing boards that the owner (Randy) provided in the room. Very clean and comfortable condo. My wife and daughter enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! Your condo was a perfect choice. We were next to one of the best beaches, great food, and midway to any activities. Your condo had everything we needed, kitchen was ready for anything, bathroom was clean and the tub was great. The bed was very comfortable and the cross breeze made sleeping pleasant. We would love to use your condo on our next visit.

This year was our second consecutive time staying at Kiahuna and I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island (Not even the Grand Hyatt)... Randy exceptional thought into this place makes for a comfortable stay. So much so, we are looking into our third straight year in Kauai... Despite hearing,"Dont you wanna see something else?!?!?"...Not when you know what to expect on Kauai! :) Thanks Randy!!!

Sorry I havent got back to you since our stay at your condo. Very nice condo that you have, beautifully decorated. Your bedspread was simply beautiful. I would definitely recommend your place if anyone is asking for Kauai.

This is a clean, comfortable condo in a great location. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we made many meals there. There are also restaurants near by, some which you can walk to. The place is also kid- friendly, with a grass area just outside the balcony where they played. They also made use of the boogie boards which were provided by the owner. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.
