  The property and condo was perfect for my husband and I, and Poipu I believe is the best beach for family to have fun on. We were there to visit with family who live about 10 minutes away. The two of us loved walking to Starbucks across the street in the mornings and around the property and down to the beach. Big Save was not to far to drive and shop for groceries. Also in Koloa there is a small grocery store, Sueoka Store, that had a great selection of meats, fresh fish and veggies. We went to Lihue to take the AirVentures of Hawaii. Small airplane around the island, beautiful, highly recommend. Our favorite place to go to celebrate and eat is "The Beach House", make reservations because you want to be there when the sun starts to set. Spouting Horn you do not want to miss. Kukuiula was the best place to shop, loved it, and "Merriman" had the best Hamburgers and Truffle Fries. For you Golfers, my husband said Kiahuna Golf Club was a really good course. We will be back because of Ohana. Mahalo, Don and La Donna

  We had a great stay at this condo, perfect location, and really nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. Would come back in a heartbeat!

  We had a marvelous time in our home away from home. Your condo is just perfect! Everything we needed all in one nice location. I saw some of the other condo's and your's was really much nicer, glad you replaced the carpet with the nice hardwood flooring. I actually enjoyed the short walk to the beach, and the hot tub across the street. We would go snorkel and come back to the hot tub to warm up. We enjoyed the island immensely and intend to return next year (if I can save enough for it). Thanks for the use of this great condo, we have fond memories to keep us going through the rest of this nasty winter in Wisconsin.

  A very clean unit and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay in Poipu

  Everything was great . The condo was clean and in good shape. We like the wood floors as they are easy to keep clean. We only had one day of rain in our 16 days stay. Thanks again we hope we can use it again next Jan.

  Our family absolutely loved your condo. My husband said this was the perfect spot with the balcony, and tv for some important football game. The front desk was helpful with internet issue ( we are a twisted bunch) think we had four internet connections at one time, with a online phone game, my computer and husbands.. As you know we were at your condo for the first few days and then went over to the north shore. While we loved our little house over on the north shore, we enjoyed your condo with the location so close to the snorkeling beach and sun shine.

  Kiahuna Plantation is an amazing condo-complex. Beautiful grounds with a superb location on a beautiful beach. We loved the one-site restaurant, Plantation Gardens. Kids had fun at the great pool with slide and we enjoyed the pool service from the Italian Restaurant next to it. The unit itself is beautifully done with nice shutters and wood accents. Everything you need is there. It is exactly as described. Downsides: Bedroom in condo lacks privacy from the livng room (sliding doors to bedroom and inside window shutters from bedroom to living room are not sound proof). The unit itself is too far away from beach and beautiful lawns of the resort. Also, the view from the lanai is just trees. Most other units have better locations that feel more open. You have to coss a very busy street to get to the pool. Not fun to cross with small kids. Also, the pool closes already at 5:45pm, to early compared to other places we have been.

  Owner response: I'm sorry that you found the view unappealing. It's actually quite expansive and bright. Also, the design of the units at Kiahuna all have sliding doors to the bedroom with slats off the kitchen. None of them are completely private. The pool is located across the street; the beach is about a 5 minute walk. I'm glad that you enjoyed the unit and that you did have a good time with your family. I regret that it didn't meet all your needs, though.

  This condo was great. The walk to the beach is about 5min, there is no ocean view because of the tall trees. The place is very clean and well maintained. The layout was exactly how it was described in the posting. The beach was nice but very small, not crowded. I would definately recommend this condo. The communication with the owner was great, I received responses in a timely mannor.

  Absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It is so cute and has been updated nicely :) To our surprise it was actually a lot nicer of a place than the condos my family members were in that had a higher rental rate. Randy is great to work with when booking and I want to commend him on the comfort and affordability of his condo. I do hope to stay there again for years to come!

  Sorry for the delay. We've been quite busy since arriving home. Anyways we wanted to say that we had an amazing time. We loved your condo unit. We did mostly out own cooking so we made good use of the kitchen. We also golfed so it was a great location for us. We did not have any issues whatsoever. Thanks again, and when we return we will contact you again.
