  Clean Condo, lots of room, stayed here twice both times it was perfect. Super clean, parking deck is very easy access, close to some famous restaraunts in PCB. All rooms have ocean view. Pet Friendy, staff is pleasant and quick access to ST. Andrew`s Park, Lots of FUN!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers.

  Stayed a week and loved the location (not quite as busy part of the beach, but close to all) Most impressed with the deluxe / custom interiors and finishes. View of Gulf is stunning. Bedding was awesome. Pool was great -- used jacuzzi daily and the fitness center. All good, the only thing missing was coffee -- bring your own for the room!!! Other than that, 5-star!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners.

  Just returned home from my 2nd stay at Treasure Island and, once again, LOVED IT!!! Treasure Island is located at the perfect spot in PCB and is convenient to everything and not in the middle of all the congestion and noise. It's on the eastern most part of Thomas Dr and only about 1/2 mile from St Andrew's State Park.We rented the same condo ( from Emerald Coast Destinations Rentals ) which is beautifully and comfortably furnished with all the necessities of home. The condo was spotless and the complex itself was well maintained.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers.

  We just returned from staying in this condo in mid October and had a great time. I was a little concerned about the place being clean after reading the previous review but we had no problems upon check in. The carpet in the bedrooms did look slightly worn like you would expect in a rental unit but the place was very clean. Jon was very easy to work with and the whole rental and check in process was very easy. We loved that the place didnt have keys to keep up. We have already booked this same condo for next October. The weather was perfect and the whole experience was great. I would highly recomend the treasure Island complex and in particular this condo.

  We had a great relaxing week.This condo had a large balcony, beautifully decorated, great floorplan and awesome view. The complex is pet friendly, the elevators are fast & the people are friendly. However I felt as though the condo was not as clean as it should have been. The entire place was dusty, the cabinet doors were dirty, the stove door had dried food on it, the refridgerator smelled of fish & we were unable to use any ice all week from the ice maker because of the smell. The carpet in the bedrooms were nasty & stained. It would have been nice if they would have added some rugs to the ceramic tile floor.

  My family and I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Treasure Island. There were many families there for the week but it never felt over crowded. The beach is right outside your door and local restaurants are within walking distance. I enjoyed working with Emerald Coast Inc. as well they were accessible and accommodating. My children loved the heated pool which made for an easy respite when Mom and Dad became tired of chasing them up and down the beach. It was nice having 3rd party beach rentals available 10 feet from the pool deck. (jet skies, banana boat rides etc.) Overall I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. It was just far enough away from the craziness but close enough to the action which made for a great stay. Thank you VRBO!
