Full Kitchen-all utensils, Wood Fireplace, Large Deck with Fraser River streaming through the meadow below and Mountain Views, 2 TV's (New flat-panel TV in Living Room with more than 60 cable channels; one TV in 2nd Bedroom). 1 DVD player in Living Room. 1 VCR in 2nd Bedroom. iPod docking station/charger and CD player.
The Recreation Center (updated in 2007) includes indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, game room (pool table, air hockey, video games, cable TV), locker room, showers, (pool towels for $1 fee).

Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus
We've been fans of Winter Park since 1988. This is a great place to come with family and friends to enjoy each other and the outdoors. We've skied all over Colorado, and this is the best mountain for the money. The area is very friendly and low-key. We also like the fact that there is still a lot of unspoiled scenery.

What a great get-away!! The condo is HUGE, with a bright atmosphere and tons of sleeping accomodations. Perfect for a family or your whole group of friends. End unit with balcony overlooking the creek makes it private and relaxing. Bus pick-up to the mountains is right outside your door. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the rec-center hot-tub after a longe day of skiing, our daughter LOVED the rec center pool. Walking to breakfast in the morning perfected our vacation get-away. We'll be back!

Spacious and comfortable condo at such a great price! Great open space for entertaining. Loved the sound of the creek just outside my bedroom window and off the back deck. Fireplace was a bonus. Ease of transportation from condo to all areas of Winter Park helped to make our stay even more relaxing. Can't wait to come back - thanks!

We spent a weekend at this condo. It was spacious, comfortable, nicely kept, and provided a warm retreat after a day of skiing. There are plenty of places to sleep, great accomodations, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to the slopes. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great end unit with convenient ski bus pick-up and drop-off just out the door. We enjoyed using the rec. center after a full day of skiing. This is a great find, fully furnished with all the amenities of home.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Winter Park. The Condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. You have easy access to the recreation center for swimming, hot tub and various recreational games at the center. The ski bus pick-up/drop-off is at the building, just outside the front door and the condo is equipment with a locked storage area for your ski equipment. This is a great place to stay and well look forward to returning in the near future.

This condo is great! It is comfortable and spacious. It has all you need for a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo is located near all the restaurants and shopping in town. It's also just a quick and convenient bus ride away from the slopes. We highly recommend staying here!
