Owner Description
I am very interesting person with alot to offer. This vacation rental sits above my retail store, espresso bar & deli. We are going to be opening for dinner in February. I enjoy my work, hiking, skiing and visiting with friends and family. Most of my renters become my friends and enjoy repeat trips here.
Why the Owner Chose Parowan
I chose this location because of how central it is to so many activities and area parks. Brian head ski resort is just a short drive but sleeping in Parowan is so much better.
The Unique Benefits of this House
While I am at my property I enjoy the view of Parowan's town, the mountains and blue skies. My favorite spot in the home is the back patio where you can barbeque and just relax.

This place was amazing and homie. It was comfortable and safe the weather was amazing and those sandwiches down stairs are to die for. I look forward to a return vist over the holidays. Do not hesitate to stay here and there is a community pool just around the corner.

We have stayed here before and this visit was just as pleasant as the first. The owner is delightful and is starting to feel like part of our family! The home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is great! The living room is so comfy. There is a 'teen' area as well, with an additional tv for the kids to watch. The full size dining room is great for hosting the family get togethers. It is great to be the visitor and still be able to host the holiday meal, or cook & help with the food prep for a potluck. (We have family close to this property and their house is too small to accomadate our family of 5.) This works out so well for us. I highly recommend it, just don't use our week! :-)

Stayed here during the 2010 Sports Class Nats. Airport is 1.3 miles away, great food down stairs, fully furnished, dishwasher, laundry, 3 beds, lots of couch space. If you get tired of the hotel or don't want to stay on the airport grab some friends and stay here!

Wonderful! This was the perfect solution to the Days Inn problem from years past. Our kids loved the big side yard and built igloos in the piled up snow. The home is very clean. The bathrooms are nicely tiled. The beds are comfy with down comforters - so warm I didn't need my flannel nightgowns after all! I would definately stay here again.
