We just got home from our week in your condo. Thanks again for your help with our small problems while there. We were delighted with the condo. Roomy and well-maintained. Thanks again. We will see you next year. From the dolfin sightings from the balcony to the fishing, lazing on the beach, and crab hunting with our grandchildren, we are tired but rested at the same time..

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We recently stayed at this condo and were very pleased. I quite frankly was shocked to get a place like this for a reasonable rate. We travel to the beach quite often and have stayed at all types of different condo's. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The whole family enjoyed the entire experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone who is interested. Enjoy!!

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when we arrived the ac unit was not workin,took 2 days before it was fixed! A nail cut 4 out of 8 ppl feet in the bathroom entrance floor! dirty marks all over the walls, baseboards looked like they had never been washed n we couldnt get our damage deposit back due to their toilet overflowing down thru the hallway into a bedroom while we WERENT EVEN THERE.....when we called to let them know. . they couldnt do anything about it then we would have to wait til mornin.. could we try to soak it up with towels ....our last nite there 8 ppl using one bathroom with NO TOWELS cuz we were tryin to clean up THEIR MESS...2 hrs before checkout time two guys were rippin the soaked carpet out from under us........HOT MESS!! the owners were not friendly at all about it threatened to send ME the bill for their soooooooo not up to date condo......the next tenants after us just got lucky to get some new floors!

Owner response:This rental was the only one we have ever had with complaints. We were called late in the day about our a/c unit,got a guy over there as quickly as was possible. We had no a/c problem.The rental management company had someone flip the a/c breaker in the condo's utility room,and forgot to flip it back. We paid for that without hesitation. We were also called at 9:00 p.m. that the comode had over fun while the guests were out all day and night.We could not get anyone over at that hour and ask them to cut the water off at the comode.Water was down the hall and in 2 bedrooms. On their checkout morning ,we had our plummer there, who said this did not come from the commode,possibly bathtub overflow. We had to have carpet guys in to rip up and lay new carpet before 3:oo pm.Our plummer said there were no malfunctions at all. We have a vary clean and colorful condo. and get many compliments from renters. We also gave these renters a free night, and our rates are already some of the lowest. Please know, if you rent our unit, you will be extremely satisfied.
