This condo is great. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much prettier in person & is equipped with everything you need. The bedroom has plenty of space even with the king bed. The bunk beds also have more space then most. This is a perfect place to stay with children . Our girls especially enjoyed the ice cream truck that comes by daily. The owners go out of ther way to make sure your vacation is great.

This condo at Pelican Isle is great. Very clean, very warm colors...ocean view is gorgeous and just a warm and cozy place to stay. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Great time, Beautiful Condo

My family stayed here four days the week of April 4th, 2011 and had a great time. The condo was very clean with everything you need. It is very convenient being on the 4th floor compared to some others we have stayed at with 20+ floors. Never had to wait for the elevator. Easy to find luggage carts to move in and out. Beautiful view of the gulf and overlooking the pool. This is a great area of Okaloosa/Destin since it is not as crowded as Destin but close enough to go to dinner and visit attractions (5 minute drive) We enjoyed this condo very much and the owner, Lisa, was great to work with. Thanks.

My family and I just returned from FWB and stayed at this lovely condo and it was probably our best vacation yet! The weather was great and the beach was awesome! The water was crystal clear and almost Caribbean like! Lisa, the owner, was fabulous to work with. Easy to get in touch with and very sweet. We checked in at Resort Quest which is not far from the condo at all, so if you are sometimes skeptical of using a by-owner for your rental (as I sometimes can be), don't be. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything in it you could need. The master bed was huge and there was still enough room for a pack n play to go in there. Having 2 bathrooms was so nice as well. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Like I said, probably my BEST vacation ever! We will definitely try to stay here again! Thanks Lisa!!!

The Beach Is Beautiful!

The beaches and water were beautiful! There were no signs of oil. The property was as pictured and described in the rental ad. We enjoyed eating at the Boathouse in Destin and at Helen Back in Ft. Walton. We also had a great time on the Sea Blaster at AJ's. The owners are nice and easy to work with and delivered great customer service. I have referred several friends, and we will go back again and again.

Beautiful Building, Gorgeous Views, Great Beaches

Our stay at Pelican Isle was wonderful to say the least. The bathrooms were ample and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and the view was magnificent! The bedroom was perfect, and we slept peacefully on the matress. We would love to stay there again, and we plan on doing just that. The pin pad for entry was great because you did not have to worry about keeping up with a key-card or keys while swimming etc. A small convenience store is a short walk away should you need ice, beer, or just a snack. The beach service personnel were friendly, and having an umbrella and chairs waiting for you on the beach is awesome. No more lugging everything back and forth everyday. Just grab your cooler and towel and hit the beach! We loved it, and we will do it again.

We loved staying at this beautiful, bright, happy condo! My husband and I and our 3 and 6 year old boys stayed for 5 days in June 2009. It was a wonderful experience. The condo itself is beautiful, the beach was great, and the pool was a nice change of pace. We were there for the Pirate Festival which my boys absolutely loved! Lots of great restaurants, very kid-friendly. It was a great trip!

We had a lovely visit to Fort Walton Beach and loved our accommodations. They were neat, clean, and beautifully decorated. The view from the 4th floor was so refreshing and uplifting. The location was in close proximity to fine restaurants and less expensive ones as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

My two grown daughters and five month old grandson stayed in the condo the first of April 2009. The condo was perfect. It is very clean and decorated in bright beach decor. The furniture is functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach and the pool. We plan to return very soon.

We stayed for a week during the 2008 Memorial Day holiday. Lovely condo: bright & clean with fun, colorful decor; gorgeous view of the ocean and centrally-located 4 floors above the pool; free movie and beach chair/umbrella rentals; very roomy for a 1-bedroom; both bathrooms are great; plenty of parking; short walk to the beach; safe, family environment; and an attendant was available during business hours every day of the week in the buiding's lobby to answer questions accurately regarding store locations, directions, and activities available in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin areas. Would highly recommend this condo and this property.

Thank you for considering our lovely condominium located on the Gulf Coast of FL in Okaloosa Island. We truly enjoy visiting this area of the Panhandle. The beaches are much less crowded and it is very relaxing. We do not get to visit as much as we would like. We hope you will consider staying at our place.
