Excellent home rental for family & friends!

We recently rented this property for 1 week. The owners were accommodating and assessible as were the house neighbors. We held a large family dinner (about 35 people) at the house and were able to fit all cars and people on the property. It was wonderful to wake up each morning to the quiet ocean breeze and relax looking out at the water. The local streets are used to and safe for cyclists and runners; we often wished we had kayaks to go out in the sound as well. This property is waterfront and has beach rights just about 100 yards away. Branford center is a quick drive (or ride) away with many great restaurants, while Lenny's and Bud's fish market (probably the best lobster we've ever eaten and we lived in Boston for 4 years) is just a quick walk down the street. We had an excellent time at this Indian Neck home.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
