We totally renovated the kitchen in February of 2009. You will feel like royalty in our gorgeous kitchen! All new appliances, fabulous granite counters, fully stocked! There isn’t anything missing in this great kitchen. We even put in a crock pot so you can get your dinner started and head to the beach for the day.
And getting to the beach takes less than 5 minutes to walk to.
When you just want to relax you’ll find you have plenty of room to spread out. With four large bedrooms and 3 full baths there’s enough space for every member of your family.
50” plasma TV in the great room. Game TV in the loft. Every bedroom has it’s own TV. DVD player in the master bedroom. Children’s DVD collection in the loft area.
Our home is 100% smoke free. If you or any member of your group are smokers we suggest you look at other properties to rent.
Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced.

May 24 – June 27 - $2700 per week (weekly rental only)
June 27 – July 11 - $2800 per week (weekly rental only)
July 11 – August 15 - $2700 per week (weekly rental only)
August 15 – September 12 - $275 per night (3 night minimum) $1700 per week
September 13 – December 30, 2010 - $200/night (3 night min) $1000 per week

Our maximum capacity is no more than 8 adults or children plus up to 2 infants under the age of 2 for a total of 10.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate larger numbers.

Why the Owner Chose Windermere by the Sea
We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 20 years and absolutely love the area. We decided to purchase our home so our family would always have a place to stay and make wonderful memories. We always have so much fun in Myrtle Beach and at Kingston Plantation that we decided to share our home with others so that they too could make great memories. We've had so many terrific guests and we have been very pleased to offer them a beautiful home to stay in.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
We chose Kingston Plantation because it truly has something for everyone. There are plenty of pools to choose from. It's close to everything without being in the center of traffic. When we're in our home it's peaceful. Yet if we want excitement it's only a short trip in the car. We especially love the fact that the ocean is so close. We can see the ocean from both levels of our home. We could have chosen anywhere on the south coast of the US and we chose Myrtle Beach because of it's all around beauty and fun!

August 3, 2008 It's hard to believe that two weeks have gone by so quickly- summer vacations here at the Kingston have numbered over 20 years now! Our family has grown with this place. By far our best stays have been at the Windermere condos. Your home is spacious, cheerfully apointed with all the amenities of home. I have yet to send any of the children to their rooms-they gravitate towards them! Another year, more good memories and a yearning for next summer's vacation already.
