It is close to everything, 2 minutes to Montecito's Butterfly Beach, 2 minutes to Coast Village Road in Montecito, 5 minutes to East Beach in Santa Barbara and 5 minutes to State Street downtown Santa Barbara. It is very close to Cold Springs School, Brooks Institute, Westmont College and across the street from Lotusland!! It is in an area where millionaires and movie stars live! You will see the mansions as you wind your way to this bit of paradise! Oprah's house is right around the corner! The main house is the vacation rental, is approx. 2600 square feet and is completely private! It is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The property is 1 acre of beautifully landscaped grounds! There are stairs that wind up the back of the residence to a little landing amidst the oaks! Beautiful views!!
