I own a restaurant called George's Steak Pit and live in Northwest Alabama. The restaurant has served my area since 1956. My parent's started the business and I purchased it in 1983. Great location and beautifully decorated. We had a great time. Our only complaint was that the tennis courts were under construction, but this wasn't much of a problem because they let us play next door.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great time in Destin the week of Sept 19-26. The unit was very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was right there. We will be staying there again.

I always take a solo vacation and picked Frank's Destin condo. It was wonderfully decorated, very comfortable and in a great beach spot that was not overly crowded. Often you have to walk across roads in Destin, but this one offered a quick boardwalk to the sand, and the location puts you about midways between all Destin attractions with easy access to many stores. Thanks Frank for being so accommodating!

My wife and I stayed from july 18-25.We both found the resort very clean and well maintained from the clean pool to the white beach.We where with 5 Families staying at the holiday surf and they had our beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us at the beach every morning.Out of the 5 condos our family rented Franks was by far the best.Very tastefully decorated,the kitchen had everything we needed right up to the blender.The bed is huge and very comfortable.we didnt need to pack the whole house either, everthing was there we could possibly need ,right up to a full size ironing board and iron.We will be back,our only complaint was time seemed to go by faster than usual that week.

My wife and I stayed at this property from May 17- 22, 2009 and loved it. The condo was beautiful and very comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need to fix any meal of the day. We loved the huge bed. It was so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of it to go to the beach which is just steps away. Everything was just as Frank said it would be and it was a pleasure to do business with him. We will definitely stay here again.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT HOLIDAY SURF 8/17-8/23/08 AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME! EVERYTHING IS ALL NEW, AND DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY! THE CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR, CORNER SUITE, OVERLOOKING THE POOL, RACQUETBALL COURTS AND BEACH! THE RESORT IS CLEAN, QUIET, AND LOCATED CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AND STAY HERE AGAIN!
