  Our family of five had a wonderful Spring Break stay at Villa Stein. Each kid had a private room with full bath--one even had her own private hot tub! The house is clean and well-appointed with every convenience and luxury that makes a vacation great. We were greeted on arrival with a huge bowl of guacamole, shrimp sauteed in butter, cheese quesadillas, and margaritas. This was our best Cabo trip yet!

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Stein in the Pedregal development above downtown Cabo. The location is close to town and other activities but is secluded so you are able to unwind and enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and the spectacular view. The home is well appointed and the bedrooms are large and spacious. My kids loved the fact that their rooms were away from the master bedroom on the third level so they could get away from their parents when needed. I've been to Cabo tons of times but this is the first time that I could have just stayed at the house and relaxed. The pool is nice and has a window under water that allows you to see the entire beach below - crazy cool. The staff, Ismael and Marta, were great! The fish we caught was cooked to perfection and the margaritas were outstanding. Load up at COSTCO and you are all set. We look forward to returning to Villa Stein soon!

  I went here with my brother's bachelor party and it was great. The pool and pool bar was amazing, and for a bunch of guys that wanna have drinks and play music by the pool, this was the spot. I did a lot of research and found that if view and pool are the most important you won't beat it. The only sucky part was the cab rides back and forth into town, but that's to be expected if you're in Pedregal. Everything was easy and would definitely go back here if we ever go back.

  My wife and I just returned from an incredible 4 days at Villa Stein. Our goal was to get away and truly relax, which was accomplished. I've never returned from a vacation more relaxed... Ismael was awesome, always willing and happy to go out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. He ran to the store for us when we ran out of beer, got to love that! He'd mix up some of the best margaritas and guacamole each evening for "happy hour". One night we planned to head into town for dinner, but changed our minds as we were tired from a long hike on Pedregal beach, he ordered and picked it up for us. The pool and palapa pool bar are amazing, it's like you are floating with the clouds, a cool experience. The pool also has fish tank glass in it so you can see down to the beach hundreds of feet below. I've been to many nice villas and resorts, never have I seen anything like it, truly unique. Be sure to bring your swimming goggles to enjoy the view. Another cool benefit of Villa Stein is the bird watching, we were fortunate enough to catch Osprey birds perform crazy acrobatics and hunt, the hawks were great as well. Lastly, Bill and Caroline were truly incredible hosts. Caroline was easy to work with on setting up the reservation and everything was as it shows in the pictures and described to us by her. Bill built Villa Stein and is a wealth of knowledge about Cabo, it's history and the current happenings. They were completely unobtrusive, but at the same time happy to help. I'm already booking my return trip for our anniversary in a month, I can't wait to get back. Mike and Julie Wootton

  Went to Villa Stein with a group of friends and had a blast. The location is great - you are secluded, but it is a short cab ride to downtown. Accommodations are clean, well-kept and offer a mix of common space and privacy for each of the rooms. The contacts and help made the trip incredibly seamless. Definitely recommend Villa Stein.

  I am dragged to cabo once a year by my wife. I have never been a fan but Villa Stein has converted me. Amazing views, great accomodations, and none of the crowds and mess of the hotels. Recommend a car. Nice house, nice people.

  The seven of us (mostly CPA's) were completely "taxed" out from the 2008 MN winter and prep of tax returns. Your home was a wonderfully rejuvenating place to rest and relax. You have spectacular views and the best accomodations we have ever had! Thank you. And, thank you for Ismael. He was there for us!
