This is a pretty home that is designed with the typical brick boveda ceilings characteristic of Mexican dwellings. It is an open design with a separate kitchen. It is ideal for a couple who might be expecting a guest or two.
It has been totally upgraded with modern amenities and new tile. The bedrooms are on the second floor, each with their own tiled bathroom and balcony. There is a view of the nearby mountains from the guest bedroom.
We are two blocks away from Lake Chapala. The front and back courtyards provide total privacy and are flag-stoned and surrounded by a well-kept garden area. There is a guava tree in the back and an avocado tree that hangs over the wall.
It is in excellent condition and has been loved by the previous owner. We are so comfortable here we regret having to leave during the best season of all! Ajijic in the summer months is spectacular, green and fresh with sunny days.
We experienced it and loved it and were surprised that it really is not too hot during these months. We enjoy the exercise we get walking to the center of town and to the restaurants but have secure parking behind the front gate for an automobile. |
