This is a modern home with a Mexican design.It is in the heart of the village. It is an open design with a separate kitchen. It is ideal for a couple who might be expecting a guest or two.
It has been totally upgraded with modern amenities, new appliances and new tile. The bedrooms are on the second floor, each with their own tiled bathroom and balcony. There is a view of the nearby mountains from the guest bedroom.
We are two blocks away from Lake Chapala. The front and back courtyards provide total privacy and are flag-stoned and surrounded by a well-kept garden area.
It is in excellent condition and has been loved by the previous owner. We are so comfortable here we regret having to leave during the best season of all. Ajijic in the summer months is spectacular, green and fresh with sunny days.
It is a ten minute walk to the center of town and we are close to many of the best restaurants. The walk is best along the new malecon on the lakeshore. We have secure parking behind the front gate for an automobile.
