Come enjoy our clean and well maintained Village at Camelback townhome, in Village I the part of the village that is closest to the slopes and waterpark. We are steps away from Camelbacks 33 lighted ski slopes and Camelbeach Waterpark. Slopes open early December and close in March. Camelbeach is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Camelback Adventure Park is open from April to November weather permiting. We are also minutes away from hiking and birding areas, the Crossings Outlets, paintball, Mt. Airy casino and Bushkill Falls. Come enjoy all the Pocono's has to offer. We're the perfect year round family destination.
Our home is tastefully decorated and well stocked to meet all of your vacation needs. We are located in The Village at Camelback. The ONLY resort slope side at Camelback/Camelbeach! This is a Non-Smoking home. No Pets Please. No Exceptions! Kid friendly and a great unit for families! Loaded with kid movies, games and toys!
This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback Mountain/Camelbeach water park . It features three bedrooms (one queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two sets of twin bunk beds in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the loft area, full-size futon in living room. Two and a half baths with glass shower and tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace. Large main living room with 24,000 BTU air conditioner keeps home comfortable during those warm summer days. The home also has multiple ceiling fans to enjoy the cool evening breezes.
We also offer you FREE WiFi. Just bring your laptop and you'll be able to connect to our wireless router! We've also have an iPOD docking station in our home so you can enjoy your favorite tunes all vacation long! Please note we do not charge you a WiFi usage fee and we do not provide technical support.
Our home features a large living room with fireplace and full size futon. Updated kitchen with newer appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. Secluded rear deck with table, chairs and seating for 4 during spring/summer/fall, (gas grill available during spring/summer and fall). Gas Grill NOT accessible during winter months. Front deck with ski/bike storage shed and glider seat to enjoy the views. Children's games/toys/videos in unit for your convenience.
We even supply you starter paper products and detergent! You supply your refills, consumables and firewood! We provide you with in-house washer/dryer. Towels and linens in the home for your use. All we ask is that if you choose to use them, launder them, dry them and return them to the linen closet so the next guest can enjoy the same convenience!
There are steps to and from our home along with steps to access sleeping areas.
Camelback has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you about their program and how to schedule your family member with special needs for their one on one ski lessons.
Do you have 4th or 5th graders? Make sure to do a web search Pennsylvania's Ski for Free program and apply for free lift tickets for your 4th or 5th grader. You do not need to be a Pennsylvania resident to take advantage of this great program.
We are a year round rental property. The Pocono's offer excellent spring, summer and fall activities. Visit Camelbeach waterpark which is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Take a hike in Big Pocono State Park, do some Geocaching, hunters can walk right to the state game lands! Bushkill Falls is 20 minutes away. You can even try your luck at the new Mt. Airy Casino which is a quick 10 minute drive away. Pocono Raceway and the Tricky Triangle are less than 10 minutes from our front door!

- No Pets Allowed : We are a pet free home. No matter how small, friendly or well behaved we can not accept pets into our rental property. Not even if you crate them. We apologize for any inconvenience to you but we can not make any exceptions to our no pet rule.

The house was a perfect ski side condo..fully equipped with pleanty of toys and videos for our children to entertain themselves with in between skiing. We look forwrad to visiting again!

The Village is excellent. Well equipped, clean and very close to the slopes. The well equipped kitchen, towels and bed linen are very convenient for travelers from abroad (Venezuela). The attention of the owners was very cordial very fast answers to our request of rental by email. We had no difficulties at the Village so do not contact them. My kids seemed a short time, we hope to return soon to be stay days. My mother who is 80 years old was very comfortable while the other skied. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Just returned from winter holiday at this property. The mountain had enough trails open to keep my adult children and grandchildren busy all day and night. The location of the home is perfect. The home is very comfortable. We have been renting this property for the past five years and have enjoyed it so much we will book it again. I asked my granchildren if six days was too much and they said are you kidding grandma. WE love this home the location and the mountain. I highly recommend this property for a ski vacation.

In November 2011 six ladies stayed in this rental for our Annual Shopping/Party weekend for the 1st time. It was very clean and neat, the closets were stock with all the necessary items we might need. It felt like home. We were so comfortable we decided to stay in on Friday night to enjoy the fireplace and some great conversation. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be making this spot our Annual Retreat every November.

My family enjoyed our stay very much, Our children kept busy playing with the many toys and watching the children's videos in the home while the adults relaxed by the fire. It's a wonderfully clean, spacious and yet cozy home and we felt very comfortable there. This home is close to so many attractions, shopping, parks, waterfalls, and restaurants. For skiers, you can't beat the location! We will definitely be back!

My friend and I are absolutely satisfied with rental. Everything was provided and we didn't have to bring anything besides our clothing. We had so much fun! The most important thing is that we are able to sleep comfortably. Usually, I can't sleep at other's home unless I am extremely comfortable and I was. I am so glad that we rented this home and my friends said they will definitely come back during winter for skiing. My friend and I will be looking forward to spend the winter at this home. And once again, Thank you so much! Note: I received a welcome printed card from the owner, which I found them pretty sweet.

We must say that we defenitely enjoyed ourselves. Everything we needed was provided and the kids had alot of fun at the water park. Everything is so close by. You don't have to worry about spending time on the road traveling. With school just around the corner we went to the outlets to do some school shopping. We are already discussing our next trip for the winter time!

My wife and I brought our 5 nieces and nephews on a three day mini vacation to Camel Beach. The home was more then comfortable for all of us. It was clean and equipped with everything you need to prepare all three meals a day and sleep comfortably. There is plenty of space, a spacious deck, cable television , two showers, and air conditioning(just to name a few things on my priority list). The unit is only a few minutes to Camel Beach by car and there are plenty of things to do with in a few miles of the unit. I did my homework in terms of pricing and the rate for what you get is more then reasonable in comparison to other rentals. Lastly, the communication with the home owner was tremendous. All questions and information was responded to very quickly by email and telephone. We had such a great time we have already started planning next years trip and are hoping to schedule the house again. Thanks for everything!
