The master bedroom boasts a large King Sized Bed and panoramic views of the bay from the Master BR Balcony.
The Kitchen is fully equipped to include all new stainless steel appliances, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender, etc. Extendable kitchen table and 4-6 chairs.
Living Room features a huge sectional sofa that will seat all the guests comfortably. There is a plasma flat screen television and cable. DVD/CD player, and wireless internet access.
Full access to all gym and yacht club facilities, including heated pool, tennis courts, restaurant/bar, billiard room (in the clubhouse on the northside), and a convenience store onsite. Our guests may inquire as to discounted golf rates given in the area for waterside residents.
Only 3 miles to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg and 15 min. to St. Pete Beach on Gulf of Mexico
