Living room is large with two couches and a marble fireplace and stained glass window. This is a superb location for those visiting Disneyland, Knott's or Los Angeles's many tourist attractions. Close to freeways but no freeway noise. Located in a custom home area which is one of the most desireable in Fullerton. Close to horse/walking trails and historic Fullerton downtown with many restaurants, shops and Amtrak Station with the historic train station Spagetti Factory. Live music, great food and an old world feeling abounds in Fullerton.

Very quiet and serene. The neighborhood has beautiful mature trees and flowers. Backyard is private, peaceful and has lots of flowered pots and flowerbeds. House features peaceful colors, beautiful hardwood and tile floors, lots of custom features such as 5 skylights, stained glass window and faux-finished walls.

My family stayed at this quaint home, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was everything we could hope for. We enjoyed evening walks in the friendly neighborhood with our 20 month old grandchild. Very safe and beautiful area, many paths and walkways near by. Our young adult children loved the close access to the Brea shopping mall no more than a 10 or 15min drive away. Beautiful mall something for everyone! The house had everything we needed, including a fenced in yard for our grandson! And the citrus trees were in full bloom. We very much enjoyed the private backyard, had a wonderful Bar-B-Q one night! And of course the proximity to Disney Land was perfect! Owner was a joy to deal with, thank you Laurie for being so timely with any questions, as well as the paper work. Your efficiency was very much appreciated. My only concern was that the vacuum cleaner was not working too well, but a very minor detail. All in all we would definitely rent this property again, my daughter and her husband are planning to come back and want to rent it again!!!

I rented this house for 100 days for my wedding. My family and I stayed there and had a great time. The house is great and the owner has great taste. However, I was charged extra cleaning fee for glitter even though I spent 2 hours cleaning the fridge which had stains from cracked eggs and other food stuff. I did not complain because I did not have the time to do that nor was I going to upset myself with that at the time. But being charged extra fees on top of what I paid just made the whole experience sour. On top of that I was charged $50 for a white stain on an elephant table. I have no idea about that stain and didn't get the opportunity to verify that either. I had hoped to have a better memory of the place but the owner never budged nor has she responded to my last email in this regards. Anyway it is house, nice location and good place for 5-6 people.
Owner response:Actually he stayed 30 days and yes they were charged an addtional $25.00 for cleaning as there was glitter and confetti througout every room of the house. It's very difficult to vacuum or sweep up off saltillo tile and hardwood flooring. As for the damage to the table, yes they were charged $50 for damage to a very expensive table. It looks as though liquid paper or white paint was spilled on the top of the entry table. It would have to be completely resurfaced including the gold woven edging to repair it property. $50 was getting off easy.

This home was perfect for our family of five on our recent trip to Southern California. It looks just like the pictures. Was very spacious, warm and welcoming. And though there is no picture of the second bathroom, the clawfoot tub was just perfect for soaking our tired feet after a long day at the "Happiest Place on Earth". Thanks, Laurie!

We were in town for a house hunting mission and needed a "home away from home" for our 2 kids and dog. This house was perfect and it was great to have room to move around and the ability to cook our meals instead of grabbing fast food every night! Laurie was very prompt in all communication and the house was very comfortable!

This home was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very spacious and decorated nicely. What you see is what you get. Lauri was great to work with. Quick responses. Easy access to everything in the area. If we come out to the area we would stay here again.

This is a very quiet, peaceful retreat home in a great location for visiting Los Angeles, Disneyland, Knott's or just enjoying the restaurants and relaxing. We had a party of 6...3 adults and 3 children and were completely comfortable in this lovingly furnished and equipped home. Beds were very comfortable and the family room is very beautiful with skylights and a wood burning stove. Laurie was very helpful with recommendation for local transportation, good restaurants and entertainment. Pet friendly too. Back and front are fenced. Even has a doggie door.

This vacation home is wonderful! It has every amenity you can think of and is a beautiful place to stay while vacationing or doing business..Close to everything..downtown Fullerton, Disneyland,etc. This home is lovingly furnished with warm and beautiful colors..we didn't want to leave! The area is quiet and perfectly described in the owner's comments. Laurie is also a pleasure to work with and made our time there a wonderful experience. The master bedroom has a light and expansive on-suite bathroom..and the 'den bedroom' is quiet and very private. We especially enjoyed the backyard patio and gardens..lovely and beautiful.
