This unit is well maintained with tile living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked including an ice maker. The master bedroom has a KING bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. A queen sofa sleeper and love seat is in the living room. 3 TVs. HDTV and HD cable in family room along with a DVD player. Wireless internet and an iPOD/CD stereo covers your entertainment time.
You are centrally located in St. Augustine Beach in the gated Ocean Racquet & Resort (880 A1A Beach Blvd), offering up many more amenities including Jacuzzis, 2 swimming pools (1 heated), tennis and racquetball. Our stay was very nice. The unit was well adorned in beach colors, the beds very comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to complete our stay. The unit is nearest the beach and while it doesn't have much of a view, you are only a stone's throw away from sand and surf.Owner response: Glad you had a good time Bruce. We also love the convenience of the first floor and proximity to the beach. The resort also recently added a viewing deck with seating in the middle of the dunes crossing.

I expected our suite to be true to the on-line description we received, but I never expected it to have everything we would need for a superior stay. The bedrooms, living room, laundry room, and kitchen had every conceivable necessity. Would you believe 3 TV's! The beach was just a short boardwalk away and it was spectacular and huge. The sights of St. Augustine were historic and awesom and the shopping tremendous! We dined and danced and even had roast duck and did some Spanish dancing!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
