This new spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is in the heart of the Village of La Jolla and 3 blocks from WindanSea Beach. An open floor plan and soaring ceilings, gracious architecture and a private ocean view deck welcome you and your family to this peaceful and private sanctuary.
The chef's kitchen features top of the line appliances and finishes and opens up to a lush tropical patio for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a large counter and bar stools in the center of the kitchen for entertaining guests while you create gourmet feasts!
The deck off the master bedroom has an ocean view, and the larger deck upstairs is the perfect place to entertain and watch the sun set. The sumptuous master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower for two.
One bedroom downstairs is secluded and has its own private bathroom, perfect for couples traveling with other family members. The Grandparents would love it! The downstairs bedroom is open up to the patio and garden. Lush tropical gardens surround this lovely home.

Seaworld is 20 minutes away and the World Famous San Diego Zoo is not far. Day trips include, the Temecula Wine Country, Legoland, Disneyland, Mexico, Coronado Island, Julian and the Anza Borrego Desert.

We rented this beautiful home for a family reunion and to celebrate my sister's life who passed in April. The house and location could not have been more perfect for our large and crazy family's needs. We were all comfortable with our separate rooms and used every inch of the property from the crow's nest balcony on the 3rd floor to the lower front patio with soothing fountain, from the back kitchen patio with it's large gas grill to the cozy livingroom with large TV and Bose CD sound, and to top it off the spacious and easy to use kitchen for great cooking and conversation. Private, quiet and well kept neighborhood, walking distance to one of the greatest small beaches in La Jolla. Thank you so much for helping make our reunion a happy and memorable one. We will want to rent again for the next family get together in San Diego.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was by far the best home rental we have experienced from beginning to end. Very Clean and well maintained. Great location for the beach being only blocks away, a must area to visit is thew Coronado Beach area for the sand and swimming and the Ocean Beach area for the same and lots of souvenier shops. Other tourist activities within a reasonable driving distance, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, even Disney was only approx. 80 miles. Many restaurants around with many name brand ones back towad San Deigo. The La Jolla Sunday Farmer's Market was not far and well worth the time to go and purchase fresh fruit and vegys for our stay at the home. The best place in the entire home was the top floor patio where we could see the ocean and many beautiful sunsets.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I just returned to Pennsylvania this past Sunday (7/25/10) after staying in this beautiful house for a week. The reason for the "vacation" in La Jolla was that my youngest son was getting married there. This house easily accommodated myself, my husband and our other 2 adult children and their families (7 adults, 2 children, 1 infant) This was my first experience renting a house and was not sure what to expect. The house was beautiful and family friendly (we were careful with the antiques). In particular, the rental agent, Mireya, was most helpful. She always returned my calls, answered all my questions and made sure that we had everything that we needed to make our stay so perfect. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone who is looking to rent in the La Jolla area and hope that some day in the near future - I will be able to go back and enjoy this house and all it has to offer.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
