Great beachfront condo 3 blocks south of Marriott Courtyard in downtown Carolina Beach, near boardwalk. Recently updated interior.
Unit is on lower level (1 flight up from parking), with deck that overlooks pool and beach dunes. Only steps from wide sandy beach. Fully furnished. In an effort to keep rental price low, linens are not provided. Bring your beach towels and beach chairs. Stacked washer and dryer in unit. Close to restaurants, downtown boardwalk, Britt's doughnuts, sightseeing (Wilmington, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium). Great unit, great location, great value!

We stayed here last Summer and then again over the recent holidays. Love what you have done to the place...the new furniture and all the changes in the kitchen and the master bath are super! We will certainly be back again this Summer. Thanks to the Owner who was so helpful!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

as close as you can get to the beach.....very clean.....can see the ocean from deck but not the beach..... very close to the boardwalk --- simply a couple blocks down.....we had fun trying to surf......many restaurants close enough to walk too......condo could use a tad upgrading....blinds let all the sun light in --- so up with the sun....but for most part just as described.....
Recommended for:Age 55+.
