It's a bit funny to be writing on April Fool's Day, but let it be known, every nice thing I am about to say is the truth. What a joy it has been to live in this lovely little home. It has been a specialou have been time for me in many ways. Don, you are such a dear man and have been so hospitible and welcoming. I shall return I am quite sure.

Two couples with 2 small children stayed in this updated cottage, for our first visit to Augusta. We highly recommend this property. The cottage was perfect for us. Property was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of room for relaxing and conversation for our famlies. Beds very comfortable. A lovely home, comfortable with all the amenities that we needed or could possibly need. Location is great; walking distance to everything. More importantly, the owner/host, was extremely helpful, gracious and all-around a super-terrific person. (you should see the property he lives in -- WOW) If we return to Augusta in 2012, we are staying here, hands-down.

This adorable rental was very clean & well maintained, extremely comfortable and added charm to our visit to Augusta. My husband & I rented this nice place with a friend - we were in town for a conference at the Marriott which we easily could walk to each morning past cool old mansions and along the pretty river walk. We spent so much time at the conference (at a big, nothing-special hotel) that I was sorry I couldn't just chill at the cottage more! The owner, who lives nearby, is a super nice host if you have any questions while you're there. The listing description is accurate, but the place is prettier than the photos! Easy parking, but plan on walking or bike riding through the downtown to see some great history. I recommend this listing.
