We are proud to offer our newly renovated, fully furnished, two bedroom, two bath condominium for your enjoyment. This unit comes fully equipped with all amenities to include a big-screen TV, stereo system, and much more. There is one rice carved, queen-size bed and two twins. Perfect for that family getaway or just you and that special person. This unit also has a pull-out sofa.

The greatest advantage of this unit is that the pool is just steps away. And for you visitors with toddlers, there is an adorable kiddie pool nestled under the trees so that your little one want get sunburn.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the most important aspect of this condominium. The sunsets are the best in the world from our two screened-in porches. This unit looks over the marsh and into Rockville and Wadmalaw Island.

Oh, and something else - the beach. How can I forget? This unit is a mere ten-minute drive from the beach.

You get the best of all possible worlds...... a pristine uncluttered, wide and natural white-sand beach and dunes, the best sunsets you will ever see, full Country Club access to all beaches, 2 championship golf courses, a Tennis Club just steps away featuring 12 Har-Tru composition courts, 3 ocean-view pools(1 baby and one heated), a picturesque equestrian center (within walking distance from the Villa)with beach and trail rides, and ocean-view and golf course-view restaurants.

To make your stay more convenient and enjoyable, we have included in your package a full-service Seabrook Island Management Company to handle all your needs during your stay including check-in and out, key and amenity card distribution (for access to all Club amenities), housekeeping, maintenance and any other questions that may arise during your stay.
