Completely renovated and professionally decorated house in quiet area yet close to everything. Our house is eight houses from the beach with a private neighborhood walkover. You will have the beach to yourself, due to the lack of any public beach parking in this area. At the other end of the street ( 3-4 minute walk )is a private , gated , neighborhood dock on the river, which is available for fishing, wildlife viewing, or just catching spectacular sunsets. Bicentennial Park is within walking distance, with basketball and tennis courts, as well as walking trails through the native coastal vegetation. A surfboard , Kayaks ,bikes, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and skim boards are available for your use. A gated, fenced area on the side of the house is available for a small boat or trailer.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with ultra plush mattresses as well as high threadcount top quality sheets. Even the two queen pull outs have 4 inch memory foam toppers for your comfort.
Four sliding glass doors open the entire living area to a mosaic tile back patio, which has retractable pull down screens to allow you to enjoy the cool evenings and the sounds of the ocean.
Daytona Beach is 10 minutes south and Flagler Beach is 10 minutes north. Historic St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral are 30-45 minutes away and Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are a little more than an hour away. Grocery stores and many excellent restaurants are all within a few minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond By The Sea
This area is unique for coastal Florida. There are several state parks in the area that will ensure that this area will remain unchanged. We can walk two minutes to an uncrowded pristine beach at the end of our street. We can walk to the other end of our street , to our neighborhood dock, and catch the sunset with views of the state park across the river.At the same time there several tourist attractions witin an hours drive, Disney , Universal,Cape Canaveral,and St. Augustine to name a few. The homes in this area were built mostly in the 1960's and remind us of our childhood. While we have completely renovated our home , we have retained alot of the character of that era and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

My wife and I are both native Floridians and grew up in Miami. We both grew up on the beach and have always enjoyed being in and around the water. We vacationed in the Ormond Beach area several times over the years and always enjoyed the old floida feel and peacefulness of the area.
