Tennis courts, biking and walking trails, and not to mention the par-71 championship golf course with a unique 19th hole. Fully stocked with everything you will need to have a relaxing vacation this home includes Cable TV, woodstove, 4 twin beds (2 in each bedroom). Beautifully decorated, A/C, a huge wrap around porch, and you can look out of nearly every window and see the beautiful golf course. Located just 35 miles out of Coeur D' Alene and 45 miles away from Sandpoint this is a home you will love!!!

$200/night (3 night minimum) .. $850/week .. $2000 for Ironman
Deposit $500 needs to be received in 72 Hrs with a Money Order, Cashier's Check
$150 Cleaning Fee / $350 refunded back 20 Days after departure
Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival, 90 Days for holidays with the
exception of Ironman Full Payment is due in 72 Hrs
Check Policy: We will accept personal checks if your stay is 90 days out
Last Minute Bookings (less then 30 Days) Deposit and Full Payment due in 72 Hours
Check In-3:00pm, Check Out-11:00am
