Home is completely furnished and decorated with every imaginable amenity. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush and as everything else is included. Amenities include, 4 televisions, DVD and VCR, games, deck, 2 computers, fully stocked kitchen, ocean toys and bikes. We have everything you need for your entire visit.
Located directly across the street is the clubhouse with a private swimming pool, work out facility and playground.
The coastal highway is close that takes you various activities, restaurants and culture (museums, shops, theaters and family activities) and sightseeing at various small towns with unique shopping experiences. Ocean City is 5 minutes away. Shopping for food and supplies are no problem as malls and grocery stores are only moments away.

This beach house is stocked with all the comforts of home. We found all the items for our use are of excellent quality, from the beach supplies to the linens. You will also find the beds are extremely comfortable, which is just what you need after a full day at the beach. Our children enjoyed riding the bikes around the community, and the convenience of walking across the street to the pool. I think everyone will find this home to be perfect for your Delaware vacation! We had a wonderful time at Steve's house. Our group ranged in age from 4-64 and there was plenty for all to do. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The house is located right across from the pool and a short walk to the pier. It is also located within walking distances of the grocery store. Steve made available lots of toys, bikes, and beach accessories. He checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was ok. It is a short drive to the beach and other attractions. We highly recommend renting this home and plan to return in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Steve and his family have a beautiful home! It is exactly what we needed for our family consisting of toddlers, kids, teens, and grannies! It had everything you can ask for such as beach toys, beach towels,beach chairs, umbrellas, kayak (yes, a kayak!), extra strollers, high chair, etc..The house was large, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was great to literally walk across the street and go swimming in the pool after a long day at the beach. But the fun does not end there, then you come back to BBQ in the lovely patio area and then relax in the hot tub! Steve was very attentive and checked in with us during the week to make sure we were comfortable and that all was in well. We will certainly be coming back to this home in the years to come. Thanks Steve and family for sharing your lovely home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

As mentioned in the property description--New, Gorgeous and Affordable--are the words that definitely describe this house. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 12-22, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated, with original artwork done by the family on the wall above the television. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the beach. Even though the house is a few miles from the beach, you can get to the ocean easily in a matter of minutes. The owner was very accommodating and checked in with us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going well. This house was a great find for us, and we would definitely recommend it to other families or groups.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
