OUR PRIVATELY OWNED Keauhou Gardens - Kona Coast Resort Villa is a SPACIOUS 1810 sq. ft. and is fully furnished 2bedroom/2bath unit. It is our "home away from home" and is clean, neat, quiet, comfortable and well equipped for a RELAXING Hawaiian holiday or business trip. The unit is in a QUIET location and away from Alii Drive and the entry traffic within the Resort.
Some of the features of the Villa are top floor end unit with vaulted ceilings, ocean, mountain and golf course views (on the 16th green and fairway), guaranteed great entertainment watching golfers (rain or shine) while having breakfast, lunch or early dinner on lanai or in dining room. Unit also has a RESERVED PARKING SPACE and there is a front door motion sensor light for your safety and security for entry during the evening hours.
The Villa is cooled by the trade winds, mountain breezes, ceiling fans and being a top floor end unit, with windows on three sides and sliding doors in livingroom and dinningroom to huge lanai(29'x13'), has excellent cross ventilation. The 2 bedrooms have Calif. King beds, living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms have walk-in showers, large galley kitchen has a pantry, spice cabinet and all appliances including a full size side by side washer/dryer.
Living room, dining room, library/office with built-in desk, perfect for the business traveler, and large lanai (29' x 13') complete the layout. Both the Villa and Resort are non-smoking, although there are designated smoking areas at the Resort. Everything is thought of for a RESTFUL holiday or business trip.

Beautiful Kahalu'u Beach Park is a protected/excellent snorkel beach and is 1/4 mile down the road.

We did not want to come home..
