Our PRIVATELY OWNED SPACIOUS 1453sq. ft. 1bedroom/1bath Villa is beautiful, fully furnished and in a very QUIET location in the Resort away from Alii Drive and entrance traffic to the Resort. It is our "home away from home" and it is clean, neat, quiet, comfortable and well equipped for a RELAXING Hawaiian holiday or business trip. Some features of the Villa are top floor (3rd) end unit with vaulted ceilings, ocean and mountain views and a RESERVED PARKING SPACE (2nd floor level). This Villa has a front door motion sensor light for your safety and security for entry during the evening hours. Also, unique to this Villa is that you can watch day break over the mountain from your pillow in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening from the lanai.
The unit has one large bedroom (14'x14')with a Calif. King bed and reading area. The bathroom (14'x9')features a walk-in double shower, double vanities and a bidet. The large galley kitchen has all appliances and including a pantry, spice cabinet and full size side by side washer/dryer. The unit has a desk and work space for the business traveler. A large living room (14x15), dining room (14x15) and lanai (29'x13') complete the layout. Cooled by the trade winds, mountain breezes, ceiling fans, and being a top floor end unit with lots of windows on three sides and sliding doors in livingroom and dinningroom to huge lanai, has excellent cross ventilation. Both the Villa and Resort are non-smoking, although there are designated smoking areas with-in the Resort. The unit has everything one would want for a truly RESTFUL stay. FREE WIFI with a minimum of 5 night stay or longer.

The Resort is surrounded by the beautiful Kona Country Club and 36 hole golf course (both ocean and mountain courses). Beautiful Kahalu'u Beach Park is a protected/excellent snorkle beach and is 1/4 mile down the road. Across the street from the Resort is Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery store, drug store, urgent care medical center, post office, theater, entertainment, restaurants, service station and more.
