It is part of a large walled compound on State of NM and National Historic Registry. The owners live on site in the old mercantile store, once frequented by Pat Garrett. There are free range chickens and peacocks roaming among the beautiful cacti gardens. It is minutes from WSMR and NASA. Easy access to NMSU, Las Cruces and Holloman AFB.
