What a week of FUN, SHOPPING, CARDS and of course EATING. The condo is beautiful and so convenient to everything. PIER PARK MALL is just across the street with everything in walking distance. It has a theatre, amusement park, shopping and great restaurants. Waking up to the sound of the WAVES was awesome and being in the corner unit we were able to see the VIEW for miles. The unit was very clean, with the kitchen equipped with everything and more than you would expect from a rental condo. There were 8 of us GIRLS and with the 3 baths it was very accommodating for our group. The heated pool was wonderful. After many trips to PCB this is the BEST!!! We are all looking forward to a return visit next year..SAME PLACE....SAME TIME. THANK YOU MITCH FOR THE MEMORIES!!!

This place was wonderful. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. We were here for spring break with 3 teenage girls and my mother. There was plenty of room for everyone and we never got in each others way. The unit was very clean and the housekeeper Leisa was very nice. This is my last day here and I tell you I do not want to leave!

THIS IS THE NICEST UNIT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN WHILE IN PCB. the views from the 12th floor corner were amazing. the sunsets, pier, water, and sand are perfect. If you have never stayed in this corner unit, you owe it to yourself to try. Mitch treats his guests like family. the unit is so well decorated and comfortable, we just had a ball. The view, the view, the view, from every angle of the condo was simply spectacular. thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us. we will most certainly be back.
